It's the old farmhouse in the Regalian Countryside.

There's also a huge castle, The Kade Mansion, and I've found quite a few interesting natural formations from time to time.

Probably just another easter egg put in by staff, like the TNT room in one of the Regalian guard towers that revealed a plot to blow a hole in Regalia's walls.

Oh that thing. I remember seeing it during one of my many explorations of old Regalia. I didn't read the signs though, thought it was a TNT storage room or something.

The Kade Mansion is part of the old regalia project and shall be deleted soon. It's building was repurposed by the fong family, given the Kades moved to the Chancellory.
