I think staff have put too much time into making Regalia big & beautiful and not enough time into making it worth visiting. The only roleplay locations (that I know of) are the Tavern and the Park (both are advertized on the website). If they made one of their website adverts just list the roleplay locations in Regalia (especially ones people don't know about) there'd probably be a decent number of people who'd explore to find them. Remember to add 1 RP place that's fake so people explore forever...
