The Knight's Castle is more or less the Headquarters of the Knights of Regalia. The throne that you see in there is used by the Emperor, but only during Knighting ceremonies.

The Imperial Palace isn't yet built in Regalia. I hear that it will be added when Regalia's layout becomes more set in stone.
