Here is some helpful advice to help you and your faction mates get along better.

1.Begin by learning to trust eachother
2.Help each other
3.Guff around and have fun

1. Create Faction.
2. Invite trusted friends.
3. Talk to eachother and get to know eachother's playing style better
4. Learn to trust eachother and eachother's abilities
5. Build a small wall and house for protection.
6. Claim that land.
7. Talk about a desc and impliment it (something snappy or that well describes your faction.)
8. Start working on buildings/ defences/ food.
9. Recruit a few members.
10. Make sure they arn't going to grief
