First sighted in the very twilight days of 307 AC, the Warmagi are an enigmatic force of battlemages and spellswords that primarily operate in the underbelly of Regalia. A highly secretive organization with unknown origins, the Warmagi obscure their identities through animalistic masks and monikers, communicating with each other in coded phrase and gesture. Interactions with this cabal of arcane artists tend to be brief, sporadic, and magically saturated affairs. They are never seen in any place without a purpose in mind, however esoteric it might be. With no public headquarters to speak of and no discernible leader, it is certain that whoever the Warmagi are, they have no intention of being easy to contact, much less find; only their lust for the arcane is known for certain.
