<>War Arenas<>
Today we have a couple PvP arenas, this provides fun for the server's more bloodlust type of people. But they are being driven off from performing to there best abilities!
1. Players are scared to lose good items, and never get them back
2. Not enough space to perform at best in different situations
I suggest a new type of Arena, A war arena. Let me explain it to you.
1. There are 2 or more teams
2. the arena is based on a city with many interesting areas to fight around
3. Class kits, that have different perks and enchantments per kit (and weapons/armour)
The cons of this idea is that it takes alot of time, and space to build. And moderators may have to have help from in-game players during building the arena, second, we would have to have a new plug-in that allows us to have official teams without friendly fire. This could cause lag.
But the positives about this idea is that
1. Players wont be scared from losing items
2. Provides an RP side to PvP arena combat
3. Helps players play as a team and form strategies and eventually feel like a real siege.
The minimal amount of teams would be 2 (Offensive and Defensive), there could be different game types such as Conquest, (like Classic domination), Capture the flag, and Manslaughter (Deathmatch). There should be rewards for being on the winning team and how many kills/captures you contributed.
Some ideas for class are
1. Swordsmen
2. Archer
3. Demolition
4. Pyro
5. Hunter
6. Assassin
7. Beserker
