As of May 24th, 309 AC, the following terms will be abided by Lord Maarx Vyzal and the Grand Duke of Athos and Thessalo, Abelhard Petrou:
- Lord Cro-Maarx will grant the Unionist church in his lands permanent legislative capability, capable of overruling him if his laws conflict with canon law of the church. Furthermore, the church will be permitted to levy sin taxes on luxury goods to finance militias to enforce these laws.
- Lord Cro-Maarx will permit Evintarin inquisitors and missionaries to establish permanent bases of operation within his lands, and furthermore permit them to aid the Churches in his lands, hunt down those following Void faiths non compliant with the Kleine Reichung, curb sin in the land, and proselytize under the general oversight of a Villiers Eclaire knight of Grand Duke Petrou's choice.
- A non-aggression pact will be established between the two entities for 6 months to act as a peace treaty. With the exception of violating the above terms, which will result in an immediate break of peace and serve as reason for a Petrou invasion.
- Lord Vyzal will be released from ransom once the above terms are met.
