Character Information
  • Full Name: Vyara Amvraläy Mirvaana Ir-Valaan Senqaar Adhïrra Thayaal.
  • Heritage / Culture: Life Isldar.
  • Age: 56 years old.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Occult: Archon (Aegis).
Core Concept
  • Vyara is a quiet, attentive, and insightful woman with a vaguely gloomy air about her. While trained in the four skills of an Elven noblewoman (the bow, the saddle, poetry, and song), she is most known for military feats and her ability with a rifle.
Appearance Information
  • Vyara is a 5 foot and 10 inch tall sharp-bodied, angular Isldar with cropped black hair and bangs falling over her forehead. She has haunting, pale lilac eyes ringed with pitch-like shadow. Her right arm is a Gothitech prosthetic to the shoulder, dark Leymetal etched with pale flowers, fingers tipped with claws.

Languages
  • Vyara speaks Altalar (Sulvaley) and Common fluently. IRP, I improvise stories of her (significant) travels which give her access to other languages (Wai-lan, Agasi, Anglian, for example) at varying skill levels.
Plot Hooks
Every plot hook proposes a question, and a relevant part of the Character.

  • Twilight Dragon: Vyara is the Chosen of Umbra, the secretive and cunning Dragon of Death. His recognition of her service implies dedication to his principles: that "there was always going to be a death, but how many, and where, is up to you." What does it take to believe in that sort of God? Why doesn't she favor Aurora, whose worship is native to Isldar?
  • Officer: Vyara was a ranger officer of significant rank in the Isldar military before the Civil War. When the Civil War started, every single one of her men chose Death, forcing her to escape before she could be outed and shot. She is still bitter about this. What does it imply towards her feelings about leading now? Does she intend on getting them back, or killing them?
  • Highborn: Isldar do not have traditional feudal nobility. That said, the House of Thayaal is old, and a name people bow to, despite its modern insignificance. Vyara is a poet, a singer, a calligrapher, and every other sophisticated, ladylike skill of the Elven high courts. She was raised to be married off for land and money like most high noblewomen. Why isn't she?
