Vins Dragiques offered a variety of wines often changing, wine is quite the acquired taste so for a small fee a group of 3-5 can come in and taste each wine, alongside learning a tad of history about each. This can be requested by signing up on a small board inside the winery.

Ithanian Red Wines
These wines are made and aged within the heart of Ithania, made from black grapes fermented with the seeds and stems. These wines often taste bitter, leaving quite the dry taste in your mouth yet are a sign of wealth and luxury.

Red Wine Board - Single 10 Regals - Group 20 Regals
This board would be specially made for red wines, having smokey rustic flavors This pick boasts unique favorites like pan con tomate, patatas bravas with saffron aioli, manzanilla olives, marcona almonds and Serrano ham.

Cabernet Sauvignon - Bottle 20 Regals - Glass 5 Regals
The taste of this wine would be hints of plum, black cherry, and blackberry along with warm spice, vanilla, and black pepper.

Merlot - Bottle 20 Regals - Glass 5 Regals
Merlot tastes similar to many other red wines with its black cherry and plum taste, though raspberry layered with herbal undertones of vanilla and mocha give it a unique taste.

This wine would be lighter than most red wines being more delicate, tasting of cherry, raspberry, vanilla and baking spice, aged within Ithanian Oak.

Ithanian White Wines
White wines are made from both white and black grapes, though while red wines are fermented with grape skins, white wines are not. The skins of the grapes are removed to give the wine its white color, most white wines offering a fresh, crisp and tart flavor.

Chardonnay has a more vibrant flavor compared to some wine, tasting of citrus, overripe peach, and pineapple. Having quite the exotic flavor the drink would sometimes be considered sour.

This wine has primarily fruit flavors, led with lime and green apple, passionfruit and peach with distinctive gooseberry. Oftentimes green bell pepper is often added to this wine.
