Vine-Way Mill is comprised of a trio of businesses, these being V.W. Floral Cafe and Bar which includes an indoor garden at the top floor, and D.L.H News Co.

Floral Cafe and Bar offers hookah booth seating, window seats, and a balcony with a mountain and tree top view. This particular establishment comes with a serving tray or 'dumbwaiter' that lifts objects to the second floor seating for waiting customers. D.L.H. News Co.'s headquarters are also within Vine-Way Mill, founded by Dianne Lynn Haaven. The D.L.H News Co. informs the public on news within Regalia and the Archipelago while also standing opinionated and professional on topics covered. Newspapers can be bought at the counter in Vine-Way Mill.

On the third floor of Vine-Way Mill was an indoor garden filled to the brim with luscious leaves and beautiful flowers. The floral area was calm and serene, a perfect place to relax and have a cup of kaffee. The scenery is protected from the cold and the extreme heat.
