well, I found a place in the sewers that says ''Area has been closed due to hazardous support''
There is only one way to get through the fence, which is go to the top where there is a gap and throw an ender pearl in. It seems pretty cosy and has a middle room and a room with chairs/tables.
the coordinates are X: -244, Y: 18, Z: 411, and the way into the sewers is on the first path straight in the poor district.

There is so many fun places in regalia so far I know of two, Luthiens happy room and now the vamp's safe house (I think it should called the sanguine senate) lets see how many more we can find.

There was also a secret gambling room in the old tavern.

I was already aware of this place, but there is an easier, if not dirtier way in. You can go into the waters and slip beneath the gate that is there. If this is a different gate follow the walls to the one I speak of.

Actually according to lore, Regalian officials do not even know of the under city, so I presume that includes The Inquisition.

Even if they know about it OOC, the inquisition isn't gonna find out about this in character on the forums.

Having some sort of secret meeting place like this is very good roleplay for vampires, so i'm sure the players who are roleplay inquisitors would turn a blind eye, and not let their characters find this place easily. At least, that's what a good roleplayer would do.
