- Backstory -

Valeska was born to Alrick Von Kalterwald and Isolde Von Kalterwald in a gothic mansion deep in a Rundstede forest. Since they were a child, Valeska had been trained to fight, trained to hate the occult. From the moment they could talk, Valeska was made to recite their families victories.6

Valeska's always had a rocky relationship with her father, Count Alrick is a strong and terrifying man. Being a retired knight, he demands his children to live up to and even past his expectations. He has scared his family, including Valeska, into being the perfect soldier he wants his family to be. Valeska is terrified of disappointing him and often will have nightmares about his disapproval, worried they will find themselves stripped of their family name.

Valeska's mother is a kind woman. Unlike Alrick, Isolde shows her face far more often and only shows a stern exterior when in public. However, Isolde still could not give her children the time of day. Children shall not be seen, nor heard.



- Plothooks -

- Valeska was brought up almost primarily inside of their home. Their parents preferred them to stay out of sight and out of mind. Valeska hasn't experienced many of the fun things life has to offer.
