House Ignace believes in giving other opportunities at working with nobility and guarding them. It is the houses strong belief that those who wish to work at what they are best at. A call out to all those who seek to employ themselves into a guard that is not a charter to protect and help those of blue-blood. House Ignace seeks those who can wield a weapon in defense of our house. We accept those who are humanum and have training in a proper school.

  • The commander helps with recruitment and with the organization of the guard. They hold authority over all the others in the guards and are likely very trusted by the House Patriarch.

  • The captains work together with the commander to recruit and hold together the guard if the commander can not be around. The captains handle training sessions and making sure the other guards are in shape. The voice of the commander in case they aren't present.

  • Guards work normally under the commander and the captains. They are required to keep up their training and be present for house events. They must always be at the ready to protect the house.

  • Trainees are those that are new to the guard and aren't quite trusted yet. They must go with a guard and will not get armor or the weapons rights until they have passed up to guard.

• The right to wear A cuirass/chest-plate of plate armor of any kind. (arms/neck/head may not be armored)\
• The right to wear a chain-mail skirt/hip-guard, no further armor above cured leather. (legs/feet/neck may not be armored)
• The right to bear weapons in open carry, but not military grade.
• The right to defend any member of a Noble household from aggression.
• The right to perform citizen arrests on attackers against said Nobles.
• The right to transfer citizen arrests to City Guard Authorities.

• House guards many not be part of the city guard or any other charters
• Must only be working for House Ignace and no other house guard
• House guards many only defend and never attack
• Must follow the House guard rules and swear loyalty to House Ignace
• Must have experience in a combat school
