Greetings, all. I need regals, and I decided that I want to let go of this rent, which I no longer have a use for.
This rent is a very valuable one, because it is in the main street, and sits right above the Clockwork shop of Amir Razavi. It is three floors tall, each already decorated professionally. In the rent you will find a kitchen, a living room, an office, a bathroom, and a large bedroom.
In the spoiler above, you will find images of the decoration within the house. For a better look, you can visit the rent itself in-game, I have left the doors open for anyone wanting to explore it.
This rent will go with an auction. The rules are defined as follows;
- Starting bid is 100 Regals.
- Minimum bid increment is 5 Regals.
- Buyout is 700 Regals.
- Bidding ends 5 hours after the last bidder, because I want this to go quick.
