• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

But yeah, I would be disappointed of Maiar left. I personally, although I keenly aware of their current errors and what not, believe it a shame if they were to be altogether removed or changed into a simple merfolk race. I think that a purer explanation as to why huge buff smart shark Maiar aren't the only thing Maiar are would be good. I saw plenty of people in the past who played intelligent, and hardly physically capable Maiar. But that was the past. I haven't a clue as to where these people are today and I think the lack of them puts a bad face on Maiar as simply a over-buff and unrealistic shark people. What they had in the old days, with different classes of Maiar, might be something to return to. To a limited sense. Two or three types, not the five (two or three of which were unplayable) types. This isn't a suggestion thread tho, so i'm not going to make this anything formal or concise as much as I wish to.

I personally would not play a Maiar if they were skimpy a visual-copy of mermaid/men people. The fact they are actually more fish than human is what is intriguing-- it's simply what kind of a fish that is currently being portrayed that is the issue.
