The elf walked down the narrow streets and passages, still maintaining his high posture and poise as best as possible. He sought medical attention. A foreign and uncommon concept to one of his affliction as in most cases wounds sustained would be resolved in a matter of days at most. Such would be the case if this was one of those instances, but the healing cannot take into account missing pieces. Through the mud he walked, looking for his salvation. Then he saw it, coming up around the bend. A shoddy structure, barely even suitable for living, though it had little difference than it's neighboring structures, but all the same it was in shambles. The sign hung over the door, "Physician". Whether they were a professional or not mattered seemingly did not matter so long as they could fulfill the task.
Father pushed the door open, stepping in, blood pouring from his mouth as he smiled to the man inside, who looked on in horror. The Altalar retrieved a small purse from his person, tossing it to the man. This was enough it seems as the man got right to work to assist in whatever the elf required. In the same manner the elf took a bag containing teeth, four of them and handed them over, pointing to the gaps which existed in his mouth.
The next stages proved painful. Holes were bore into the separated teeth as well as the teeth surrounding the gaps. Metal wire was brought out, stringing the pairs of teeth together. A file ground down the gums of the gaps to allow for the pairs to be implanted without obstruction. Finally the teeth were wired into place tightly. Regardless of how seamless they appeared, any usage of these teeth would result in sharp pains for the user. The discomfort would never cease.
Once it was done, Father enacted his final scheme, placing the physician under his sensation touch before feeding, as the blood lost proved to be too much to handle. Once the deed was done, Father took a tool used on his operation, stabbing the man before taking the same purse he had used as payment back. The elf walked from that place into the daylight, giggling as he departed.
