Not-So-Wealth of the Stars - Part Two - Plot Everthickens.
~The following, unofficial-looking letter was found pasted in choice places around the slums and Dragon District, on it's own and next to the following announcement:
*The initial poster was torn down within minutes, to be replaced with just a crude note in even cruder writing*
"We tossed it in the river! Ha ha! Good luck finding it, suckers! Expect a map in a few short days."

~The following, unofficial-looking letter was found pasted in choice places around the slums and Dragon District and even in The Goden Willow, on it's own and next to the following announcement: https://forums.massivecraft.com/threads/wealth-of-the-stars.71197/ . It came shortly after rumours began to spread throughout the city of a piece of Starris, wielded by a slum-going Ch'ien-Ji and Varran.
To the star-seeking of Regalia
To the star-seeking of Regalia
You may have heard rumours of a certain, highly valuable piece of metal stirring around the city, namely in the hands of an unprosperous Old Town citizen named Akeno Hamasaki. If you have not already denounced this claim yourself as being ludicrous, we would like to shed some light on the situation at hand.
The Starris they claim Akeno Hamasaki to have had is perhaps not a myth, but it is a magician's trickery. This jewel was conjured by a mysterious Hellion-allegianced entity in the early hours of yesterday morning, and was fought over the moment it appeared. However, it has since been discovered to be only a mere illusion, set upon the greedy for the purpose of causing mayhem and conflict. To everyone's deep annoyance, this palm-sized nugget of metal disappeared from the safekeeping of Hamasaki's family soon the next evening--clean vanished, without a trace. But not before it already caused strife between warring slum-goers, and prompted the aforementioned Undead Horde to send threats of death to those involved and their families.
The individuals perpetrating this rumour are none other than a small clan of Undead. The two most notably involved can be described as a Nelfin-like individual bearing black hair and inky black-eyes named Qui'aeltu, and his accomplice, the brown-horned Varghul who attempted murder and hostage in the Dragon District last evening. Both Akeno H. and Kamirah N. are willing to give more information on them if individuals so desire.
To this situation we say, do not be so easily led on by the words of those who should have long since been buried 6 feet under. Their claims are meant only to spread dissent, for their small brains refuse to accept that what they desire was never real in the first place. Those who seek to attain this "Starris" will be sadly mistaken, and we encourage the interrogation of guards if so necessary.
This has been a public service announcement.
