Letters are spread throughout the underground and sewers, for all those unloved by the Empire. Any who would try to bring these papers to knights, seemingly forgets about them, and loses them in the process.

'The Accursed invites every single one of you."

To a gathering, tomorrow, at 6 and 30 minutes past the midday at the Vampire District.

After days of silence, the author of the Mage Storm, Arenthir, will speak to all of you, and he has much to say, and you have much to listen to.

The time of our Opressors is coming to an end.'
Signed

The Accursed

((OOC: The timeframe of the note is EST- And no, no Knights crashing on this thing, thank you very much

A certain seething Fin'ullen could be spotted pinning up responses to these letters on various notice boards throughout Crookback and the Sewers, written out in dark ink on messily-torn scraps of parchment. There was no mistaking who was behind these messages of retaliation, with some denizens of the slums reportedly murmuring about "a furious Sylphaalor" who was seen punching dents into the notice boards shortly before putting his own letters up.

You all claim to have unleashed this calamity in the benefit of those who are scorned from the rest of society, yet the people you pretend to be protecting are the ones suffering the worst consequences of this storm. You are leaving innocent Mages incapable of defending themselves against even worse threats, and you are opening our doors to squadrons of Lothar that would have us hunted like animals. No one will be tricked into thinking you are saviors.

There is no need for speaking, or listening. We're aware who the true oppressors are--you.
And yes, your time will come to an end.

A response is posted:

"It has reached our ears that the man in question, Sylas Sylphaalor, holds friendship with squires and knights alike of the Orders. Being the brother of the Chosen of Morrolond, we pray that you seek reason, remove whatever mind control they may have applied on you, and side with your evolist sibilings against those that will eradicate you after our time comes to an end, once they find enough of an excuse.

This our warning, not a threat, but our warning to you. The knights will burn your base, kill your men, rob you of your treasures, and steal your artifacts, and trust us, the reason shall be utterly unrelated to the current events, even if the Hollow remains neutral or adversary to our achievements. They are not your allies– We are.

So, Sylas, you are asked to evoke Morrolond's nature, while we shall offer you Apotheon's, else your actions will start becoming questionable. "

Eventually a notice was posted in Rogue Court, with the handwriting of one Vaëla Aetris:

The Accursed,

I wasn't going to respond to this notice but the eyesore that is the blatant misinformation you present leaves me with little choice. Now, read this and read well as I correct you on certain matters.

My brother, Sylas, has no affiliation with knights. Knowing this I can only assume you're pulling this claim out of your ass to try and look like the victim here. It disgusts me, use real facts.

Secondly, do not claim this storm is a service to the undercity. It is a benefit to those who'd hunt mages and try to oppress them further, though perhaps that was your plan all along? Fuck it up for the rest of us and cry wolf? Or use it as some attempt to turn the entire undercity into vampires, perhaps?

You ask my brother to evoke Morrlond's nature. That is asking him to beat you to a bloody pulp. But perhaps you deserve a chance to reconsider. An apology, in person, to my brother. I will not be paying mind to an attempt to do so on this board.

Tacked onto the original board of publishing is a small, type-writer text response.
There is no mark of officialization, but perhaps the style and signature was telling enough.
Staying iconic was something the Asmita quite reveled in, after all.

"You got the wrong twin.
See you at the meeting.
