    Basic Information Expansion
⋗ After finding most of the Dwarves’ glory lost due to the devastating battles they have been subject to over the last few centuries, Thirdrouk has left the Hold of Grebor to seek redemption for his race. He has targeted the capital of the Regalian Empire, the Holy City. Still on his voyage to the capital, he has bartered little of what he has to find passageway there. He is insistent on repairing the losses that the Dwarves have taken by gaining traction there.
⋗ Thirdrouk was born to two Mithorinn Dwarves- Braunhilda Dunadek and Hormuth Dunadek. He has no other siblings, but he does have relatives that also bare the same clan name and surname. He spent his childhood in the Hold of Brühl until its untimely destruction. Since then, he has traveled to Grebor to finish the rest of his life. Satisfied with the talents he’s garnered over the years, he has left Grebor to find reconciliation for his race.
⋗ Other than his current goals to revive the Dwarven race, he has his mind set on making a name for himself. While not doing what he does purely for the fame that he hopes will come with it, he wishes to be contributed for any efforts he will accomplish in the long run. Whether it be through gaining prestige as an individual or to his clan, he will do what it takes to achieve a standing anywhere he can.

    ⋗ Skin Color: Pale.
⋗ Clothing: Robes in dark colors with leather accessories such as a stomach belt.
    ⋗ Height: 4 feet 8 inches (142.24 cm).

    Visual Information Expansion
⋗ Like many Dwarves, Thirdrouk possesses strong facial features that differentiate him from other Humans. He has a thick brow that has a long nose running down until it reaches the middle of his cheeks. His upper lip is covered by the long and thick beard he sports that reaches down a few inches below his collarbone. While he adores fashioning any hair he has, he sticks with the single plait braid he has running down the middle of his hair. He bares gray eyes that have no other notable feature about them. Even though Thirdrouk can be seen to enjoy activities such as drinking, he has a calm or stoic demeanor.
⋗ Thirdrouk has embraced the wee height that all Dwarves receive. He stands at a height of 4 feet and 8 inches which is a bit taller than the average Dwarf. What he lacks in height is compensated for in weight, where he weighs in at 183 pounds despite his short size. Some of his body weight is from the fat he receives from filling himself up with food, but his practice in physical activity and training has given him a good amount of muscle. After spending so many years in a subterranean environment, his skin hasn’t altered in color. He retains the same pale skin most Dwarves have. He has no other physical blemishes, but he does have body hair in most areas.
⋗ Finding flamboyant clothing a waste of time to put on, Thirdrouk prefers nonchalant outfits that can suit his style and needs. He is comfortable wearing robes that mostly have dark colors such as a navy blue or even a black color. Leather accessories are a must for him which he will wear through items such as stomach belts or bracers. Boots are the preferred footwear. The only jewelry he tends to wear is to fashion his beard or hair, but he may be seen wearing rings as well. Any physical weapons he carries on him can range from a small dagger to an axe stuffed below his robes.
⋗ Thirdrouk speaks with a strong voice like many of his kind. While he can be quiet, he doesn’t care to hush himself in hopes to enlighten others with whatever words come out of his mouth. He talks at an average speed along with a mellow tone. He of course knows the Dwarven Dialect having learned it in his childhood. The only other language he knows is Common which he has picked up on and properly learned to aid in trading with other races, particularly Ailor.

    Personality and Abilities
⋗ I | Perceived: Living his entire life around those just like him, Thirdrouk has found that most people he interacts with finds their time with him worthwhile. While his physical demeanor can appear firm, he is actually quite hospitable in nature. Should someone get past any insecurities about talking to Dwarves, they’ll find that Thirdrouk can make a good companion. There are very few times where you can see him when he’s feeling down. If you would happen to stumble upon Thirdrouk while he’s in low spirits, he would seem more negligent in regards of socialization rather than his usual character.
⋗ II | Self-view: After having spent countless amounts of times pondering about what he has done to lead him to who he is today, he’s established himself as a confident, well spoken person. This confidence can come in the form of easily talking to a face he hasn’t met, or extend to feats such as facing several threats. However, there are times when this courage can be broken. Like many Dwarves, experiencing something completely new can throw Thirdrouk off. He can shy away at spearheading any plans he has if he hasn’t had the experience yet, but he isn’t afraid to step up if he needs to.
⋗ III | Family and Friends: Having lived with the same clan for all of his life, Thirdrouk’s family are cherished by him. He will give everything he has should it mean his father and mother will live. Friends are treated with the same love as his clan is. Anyone who can enjoy a drink with Thirdrouk without leaving a sour taste in his mouth can be considered a friend to him. While strangers can seem morally good, without a true sense of who they are, Thirdrouk will keep cautious of an unknown person’s true intentions. This can cause other people to believe Thirdrouk is skeptical, but it’s an act of self-preservation after his race’s many falls.
⋗ IV | Morality: Never has Thirdrouk considered that he would become a fully fledged outlaw. While he may question where he draws the line in terms of the rules and laws of where he is, his actions will mostly be done for the good of himself or his race. He has been raised by his parents to have a good moral code, and he has since then followed it to the point where he won’t do anything wrong without having a feeling of remorse. Thirdrouk will have ill opinions on anyone that is visibly corrupt in a manner that affects others detrimentally.
V | Worldview: The Dogma of Duindin has embedded itself into Thirdrouk’s life from his participation in the ancestral worship since his youth. Other than participating in the monthly sacrifice, he will praise Duindin’s name to grant him motivation when need be. The bridge between commoners and nobles isn’t something that Thirdrouk has seen yet. From what he can understand, it is similar to how the common Dwarves treat the elders within a hold’s Khazur, so he has a basic idea of how to treat the blueblood of Regalia. He hasn’t experienced any racism within the world yet other than menial insults from foreign traders, so he has yet to really experience the vices of Aloria.

    Relationships
⋗ Hormuth Dunadek | NPC | Father ‘77’: Pa’ was a mighty fellow. I’ve seen him take down the mightiest stone lizards, n’ ain’t come short on forging the best damned weapons my eyes’ve seen.
⋗ Braunhilda Dunadek | NPC | Mother ‘75’: Ma’ oh ma’. Sweetest woman I’ve ever met. Laid me to bed n’ read me stories, she did.
⋗ Kranmuk Steelgrip | NPC | Metallurgy Mentor ‘81’: Mentor Kranmuk. Bah- most precise man I’ve seen to date. The metal that comes out his forge is even more beautiful n’ alarming than my father’s.

    Life Story
    Ch. I | Unearthed
Within the barren wastelands of Ellador, Thirdrouk Dunadek was born on November 12th, 248 AC, conceived by his mother Brauhilda Dunadek. His father, Hormuth Dunadek, was a promising blacksmith and warrior that frequently aided in the efforts to defend their Hold of Brühl against the Dakkar threat that constantly had those in the hold on their toes. Thirdrouk was encouraged to select a desired craftsmanship that he would stick to, but it would take a while for him to determine what he wanted. While his father pushed him on to look up to him as a role model as he’d teach Thirdrouk the methods of Dwarven smithing and fighting, his mother had oftentimes read tales surrounding the arcane that inhabited Aloria. There were many decisions on the table, but Thirdrouk would become his father’s apprentice for the time being. Thirdrouk seemed to have a natural touch with forging weapons even though the quality of his first creations were crude- for a child, it was impressive. Life took a turn when the war raging inside Hold Brühl had finally decided a victor in 276 AC which marked yet another devastating loss for the Dwarf race. The Dunadek Clan remained in their housing regions within the Dwarven Hold as they’d begin to pack things in fear of their hold falling victim to the Dakkar Horde. Hormuth had left prematurely to help defend against the Dakkars which forced Thirdrouk, Braunhilda, and the rest of the clan to wait inside their quarters. Hormuth returned after suffering a few injuries, and the Dunadek Clan made haste leaving their home. Upon leaving, a batch of Dakkar had managed to push through the frontlines that safeguarded the rest of the hold. A Dwarf mage had fended off some of the Dakkar until a few of them targetted the unarmed Dunadeks. Willing to sacrifice his own life to save others, the stone mage erupted a stone barrier that essentially gave the young Thirdrouk and his clan time to leave.

    Ch. II | Divergent
It had been hours since Brühl was infiltrated by the Dakkars. At this point, the Dunadek Clan along with many other clans had been following a path to another hold in hopes to find security there. Brauhilda had distracted Thirdrouk throughout the majority of the trek by telling him stories to keep his mind off of the massacre. This pilgrimage to civilization was in desperation, and so the survivors fought tooth and nail to keep going. Eventually, the line that consisted of dozens of Dwarves had stopped. It appeared that they had finally reached their safe haven- Grebor. The Dunadek Clan were one of the first batches of refugees that showed up at this hold’s doorstep. It would only take a few weeks for the clan to integrate themselves into the new community. Thirdrouk had been experiencing odd dreams ever since the day of the attack. He had no idea what the result of this was, but it had been occuring ever since; these visions were no more than a dark violet vacuum with distorted shadows surrounding him. Ignoring any malice that came his way, he’d continue his apprenticeship with a blacksmith by the name of Kranmuk Steelgrip. Not only did this mentor teach him how to perfect his skills with forging, but about the minerals that were the foundation of the very holds they were in. He would continue to work as Kranmuk’s helper until he met up with one of the older Dwarves within the hold.

Ch. III | A Fresh Slate
While it heavily contrasted what he had practiced since the day of his birth, Thirdrouk took up arms within the subterranean “libraries” that his hold had. Hormuth was visibly and obviously a bit reluctant in allowing Thirdrouk to continue with his lessons, but he would continue to be taught knowledge relating to the arcane and Aloria’s history. He lived passively for the next few years as he continued to expand his knowledge of the world and earth around him. Thirdrouk garnered a good amount of information before deciding to look at his options once more. Thirdrouk still wished to relearn how to fight with a melee in the case that he needs to defend his clan. He trained with one of the Dwarven soldiers within Grebor who would refine Thirdrouk’s use of a war axe. Months passed without anything noteworthy occurring in his life. He continued to learn and practice his skill with melee.

Ch. IV | The New World
Not much happened in Thirdrouk’s later years. He would of course be affected by the recent magical instances in the third century, but his focus was on his hold due to the ongoing war that had been raging on for centuries between the Dwarves and the Dakkar Horde. Things appeared to change when the Midnight Court had summoned the Bone Horror Crisis that would plague Aloria for who knew how long. Fortunately, the Great Frost Dragon had decimated the Bone Horrors that attacked Ellador. Years passed with Thirdrouk doing nothing more than helping with everyday tasks with his hold, rising in the hold’s ranks. Then, on November 2nd, 305 AC, the hold of Alduin fell to the Isldar threat. Grebor secured its gates as Thirdrouk would be one of the many Dwarves that would help rigging their own hold with explosives such their hold fall. In the first month of 307 AC, Thirdrouk had decided to leave the safety and solitude of Grebor to venture to the open world. Every hold but his own had fallen around him, and he was going to do what he could to bring his race back to its former glory.

@Jouster Great to see a Dwarf character around. I couldnt find any issues with the character. Approved. I would however urge you to put the expansion sections into spoilers.
