Flyers would be sent across Regalia's winds,

each having this written on them.

Hey there, folks who might see this, my name is Argo Drresal. What I am about to write might annoy some people, and might even make me a target, but I believe it's time someone has to say this. As someone who is starting to join the Estellon faith, all I can see is the flaws that are infecting it here in Regalia. In my first ritual I have openly chosen to go to in decades at this point, I saw multiple Cahal and their supporters taking the majority of the people. I see the leader in Floral Court, a Ordvaan, lying to their people with secrets and lies while on the other hand defending those afflicted with the Cahal disease, in her own words, a gift from the gods and a sign of duty.

How did it fall so far? How did an affliction that infects the minds of those it touches, even after one is cured, considered a blessing? How did said infection spread so well that one can feel its presence in any gathering connected to Estellon. How is it that the one who is just starting to connect to the faith, out of all people, is the one calling this out? How is it now that we think all that we have to do for when Cahal does wrong is to simply beat them up and not cure them, to help those recovering from this disease tainting their mind, and help them come out of the tunnel better and not simply delving back into the disease.

That is why I, Argo Drresal, has made this paper. Because I am tired of this clouding in the city's worshippers, who lie and hide the truth that needs to be shown. That Estellon worship in this city has a tumor, and that instead of working to remove or cure it, it continues to grow larger and larger. How much larger does it already have to be for us to finally do something about this? Those who understand the problems that we face, we must confront this corruption in the Faith and leadership in it, we must also work to combat the Cahal spreading, and to help cure, help them integrate into society to reduce the risk of them falling back onto the disease once again.

For those who do wish to come together to end this dark time, contact me, for we have much to do.

Thanks for reading

From,
Argo Drresal

OOC Notes
Hey guys, been thinking that, with my character becoming a Estellon worshipper, it'd be fun to have a ground that is, well, not crazy. So I'm wanting to make a group of Estellon worshippers that might be willing to oppose Cahal influence in the worship in the city!

Argo,

I am sorry my ear has been so insufficient as to force you to air your grievances publicly. I never hoped to cause you such shame, and for that I hope you may find it in your heart to forgive me.

As you are "starting to join the Estellon faith", you can hardly be reproached for your unfamiliarity with its tenets, and I do hope my kin will show you the understanding our Mother would expect of them. Because, despite our differences of opinion, we as Her faithful must stand united. I am sure you will learn to do so, in time.

I assure you there has been no fall. Our faith is strong, and will yet grow stronger. Your own connection is but fledging, trust in those of us who soar. We see a much bigger picture than you ever could from the ground.

I forgive the envy that no doubt played a part in motivating such rash words, for I know I hold what you've long wanted. There is a place for everyone in this Court, you need only know yours.

I pray light soon burns away the fog that shrouds you.

May Mana's smile warm your heart,

Aeda

Faran glanced between the two notices with a frown, wrapping her arms tightly around her ribs. On the one side, her dearest sister, who she once sold her soul for and who, despite everything, she still loved. On the other, her oldest friend, who was currently her singular ally in curing the curse she'd long ago failed to remedy. She rolled her shoulders and rubbed at her face with a great sigh, feeling nauseous at the feeling of being trapped in the middle of this conflict. But it must be done, to prevent peaceful folk from becoming blood-stained, to protect the hard-won peace, to save another priestly friend from being lost to madness and corruption. Finally, she raised her chin and pushed back her shoulders as she set off to speak to Argo, silver eyes resolute.

A response comes from somewhere, and is equally just left somewhere.

To Argo Drresal,

I agree wholeheartedly.

As someone who is rather involved with the most Estellon faith, as one who serves to protect others so they do not have to be ones themselves, all I can see are the flaws that spread like an infection here in Regalia. I see new followers of the faith like you, who think they know the intricacies of our eternal journey, and the boldest among them make fools of themselves with public notices. I see the leader of Floralcourt, an Ordvaan, remain honest and truthful with her people. Her flock chose to ally itself with Her warriors, because faith is what unites us in times of need, and it knows we pose no threat to the truly faithful.

How did you stumble so far off the path? How did your confusion and misunderstanding lead you so astray? How did you come to the point where you speak of virtues, but then contradict every claim with what speaks louder than words; actions? How is it that you preach recovery and peaceful improvement, respect and learning of a faith, right after you helped attack a local temple, and aided in trying to beat Cahal and other faithful carelessly and indiscriminately without a single word of peaceful intent deckared?

That is why I, Leskensia of the Yolteotl, have made this response. Because I am tired of this shadow the uninformed cast over the faithful, who drag respectable names through the mud and hide their hypocrisy. That Estellon worship in this city is threatened with a tumor, and it has now learned to wield pen and paper. How much more of a mockery do you want to make of yourself before you finally do something about it? Those who understand the problems that we face, we must confront this issue of misled faithful, we must work to combat this spread of misinformation, and to help cleanse them, help them integrate into the Estellon faith properly to save them from losing face entirely.

If you wish to learn and grow past your misconceptions, contact one of the Ordvaan, for there is much work to do.

Thanks for reading.

Leskensia, Bone Warden of the Yolteotl Troupe

As Ordvaan are, they are the priests within Estellon worship, remarked as 'those who guide ahead' in the Allorn tongue. Each priest has their interpretation of the faith, and it is no doubt that views will disagree and clash at times. Such is this poster among many opinions, and it is full of poison and disdain.

I find it insufferable that I am writing this to you. Regardless, while I am doing so,

My hands have become of bloodied bark,
My hide has twisted into ashen remains,
My faces has shattered into fragmented expressions.

Perhaps it will be relevant to you that I have just roused from deathly slumber after vying for a place of faith that the Vampires tried burning down. One only needs to head down to the caverns of 'Sister of Forgotten Pleasures' to verify my claims if the hub has not been restored already, or ask its inhabitants (@PapidaCarrot) what had become of it. Who could say I am not pious, and, if not, one of the most loyal to the faith? It is ridiculous that you consider the Cahal a 'tumour' when you have done little to nothing for our religion.

Start recounting from my time of emergence, you feckless excuse with not a grain of sense in your mind:

If it was not the Cahal, who could have said that they protected Floralcourt from bombardment and the same fate of being reduced to an ashen garden? Who could say they did not tuck their tails and run away to hide out in the initial aftermath, while the Cahal tirelessly fought in the Vampire Occupation to keep the district and its people safe?

Who stood as bastions for the faith in a time when religion was made scarce and oppressed? I speak of the time when our alien visitors from the High Command arrived. Who stood by Floralcourt then, too? The Cahal were always the first to come to the forefront.

In all these instances, we have done our jobs as protectors thanklessly. Reviled and spat on regardless, not an ounce of gratitude we received nor expected. We continued what we must, and it was to preserve faith; after all, what is faith without its people?

Not once have I seen you stand by our side. Humble yourself and try to understand us before pointing fingers to condemn. You are but a fledgling to worship after all— but I shan't use your ignorance as a way to prod at you, Argo. (@SuperKamiWarlock)

Instead, what I will do is list each of your transgressions.
• Numerous sightings of the individual as a Vampire during the Insurrection. It has been effectively a year now since this happened. Let us put that past you, but it is becoming increasingly coincidental that your string of mishaps has had something to do with lending aid to the Vampires with what is mentioned later.
Aided the Ravenlord's escape. In a situation where they were effectively surrounded in Floralcourt, Argo interfered with the works of the district's defenders at-the-time, much to their anguish and dismay. I leave Sol Laerilas (@joglak) to recount the experience. Ask him personally and witness how twisted his expression will become.
Failed your God. How dare you claim to follow Sinnavei, a patron for the most venerable of warriors? I had given you one chance, and one alone, to correct your spineless behaviour after helping the Ravenlord. It was a duel to right wrongs. You are the spitting image of what it means to 'put your tail between your legs'. At every chance you got, you ran from my presence. It is not my honour, but yours that was stained. Even Meriyaan (@Stellarrix) stooped down to becoming your proxy warrior to correct your mistake. You are no warrior, Argo. Do not parade around under Sinnavei's name and shame Her.
Attacked a hub of faith. You have attacked the most established temple within Regalia, along with the circle of mages that I deign to agree with Haqet (@Transistor) as 'individuals capable of tearing down any organisation or individual in this city'. And for what? To fulfil your agenda of purging the Cahal? Know that the temple's destruction would have been devastating for the faithful if your ploys, and the Hexenblood's, succeeded. It is not only the Cahal you would have harmed.
• Rejection of divine emissaries. Among the Gods, there are their representatives that we have been graced to meet with. The select few we have been blessed to come across would be Justice and Compassion. It is only recently that we have come across the latter, and you helped Her kidnappers to keep Her in captivity. Attacking the faithful for trying to come to Her rescue— what is this act if not blasphemy?

To me, Argo Drresal is an individual that may very well be no different from the reviled blood scourge. It is not once, twice, but numerous occasions that they have deterred the faith; whether inadvertently or playing a direct hand in it.

As for the Ordvaan of Floralcourt (@SneakyLinguine), know this as well:

For whose cause did the warriors of faith fight, and who deserves to even dare belittle the choice they had made? Sayings that absolution has more value than justice are words merely spoken from the mouths of those who have not experienced the perils and insults that these warriors had faced.
Your heart is kind. You are magnanimous. But it is not your place to grant forgiveness, because it is arrogance to do so.

Argo Drresal.
It is said that punishment must never overshadow the sin committed (@Witchprince), but you have made me think so otherwise.
Pray for your peace, pray for your forgiveness, and p
ray for your exculpation,

But my endearing smile awaits you at the end of the day. Interpret that however you like.
When I cleanse my sword
Blood into a river flows
The land, enriched by flesh
And by the giant's flesh and blood
It will be peace by the sword.

Dear Mr. Drresal,

It's unfortunate that I must ever concede any point even remotely held by cahal but on this count. I must confess I'm surprised anyone with the sense to see the Arken and Cahal shouldn't be assisted or permitted would still be Estellon? What purpose is there in a religion which would condone demons and afflicted who have caused untold damage to this world?

Mr. Drresal from a outsider's view you are best taking a look at your faith the slavery, butchery, and affliction it condones by way of Arken and Cahal who campion it. I would urge you consider, is this faith truly worth loyalty when it coulf equate something like Cahal to perfection?

If you seek to worship the Exist's beings worship one which truly extols the world to create, defend, and break free from the influences of even its own origin. Pray to Kithemon, if you truly have the sense to see these Cahal for the disease they are then please at least consider a faith which will stand beside you!

May Kithemon inspire and protect,

A response was attached in the string of others, neatly tacked into the board. It appears as though nothing gets past a certain Valloaan's watchful eye.

To he who is most annoying:

You've finally adopted some form of self awareness by admitting your original posting will bring annoyance to your readers. Yet, unfortunately, you still exhibit the same level of self control as you did the day you allowed Haqet to escape because you...

Simply

COULD NOT

CONTROL YOURSELF.

I have no hope that any religious awakening will change that. Matter of fact, from an onlookers eye, this appears as nothing but a façade and attempt to lay doubt to the community that has been built by true Estellon worshippers; The very same people that have never faltered from their faith from the moment the final ash fell from Petal Court's scorched trees to the moment the final brick was laid in new Floral Court. You are not them, nor will you ever be even in your most hopeful dreams.

I will not phrase my final words so eloquently as the above writers, for you are a disgrace.

Allow yourself to be joyous, for I've finally granted you the lick of attention you so begged of me,
V.

Quite similarly to many others, a notice found its way to the flurry of papers that were now being thrown in accusation and in defense. This notice seemed to be slightly scrawled, albeit completely legible though as if the writing utensil was forced to the paper as hatred and vitriol filled the writer for some odd reason.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Argo (@SuperKamiWarlock), and frankly whoever is reading this long string of theological strife,

Look no further, for you have found it. You have found the epitome of the issue of Estellon as a quote "harmless religion unlike praising the Void," simply the fact that it is the very antithesis of that: it actively seeks harm. Whether this harm be simply as political as Estellon harbors many Allorn Revanchists, whether the harm to be that of public safety where Aeda (@SneakyLinguine) of Floral Court seeks the defense of Cahal from the state as it always (in fact in recent history attempting to stop the capture of a Cahal by the Metropolitan), or for those 'crack-pot theorists' such as myself threatening on a scale not quite imaginable. After all, the Gods of Estellon are known to work with Arken, and unlike those relationships presented in Worship of the Void, where the relationships are presented as being through a small common goal with a great deal of treachery, the Exist Arken and the Gods of Talea embody the same ideals, they assist each other because most of them are fighting for the same cause. They are actively working with and for entities that you have promised to protect the people of this world against, Argo.

If that is not enough, it is easy to see that upon a very reasonable condemnation of supporting the Shattered within their ranks, many come to defend them, not only those who possess the curse. The faith itself is tainted from its core, from Harlow's (@fantuinn) usage of the Cahal as a police-force within Crookback to retain his power, to the acceptance of Cahal from most if not all Ordvaan of the city. Estellon is not a faith to be worshipped, Cahal are not those their Gods have SO CALLED BLESSED, they are CANNON-FODDER, for the Exist-tainted of the city who wish to obtain and hold power within the city. A faith that preys on the sacred souls of the many for the spawn of literal demonic forces is not a harmless religion, it is a CANCER, a VENOM that seeks to bring the same collapse of the Allorn to Regalia three-hundred and ten years later.

Your choice will be noted Argo, what you seek to align yourself with, will see what your future holds. While I seek not the harm of those who are simply misunderstanding of their faith's true intention, I do warn you of what Gods you choose to worship for worship is the truest form of power. I will continue to seek out the infection, and those who harbor it within their walls for they are the greatest threat of all. (@FutureTeller @bahmboozled)

Glory to the Firelord, whose blood burns of hatred.

Mister Drresal,

Thank you once more for halting the attempt on my life during the Bralla and Bronn invasion.

Fold von Schwarzkrau expresses its satisfaction you have begun to nourish your spirituality, and delivers to you sincere regrets your first steps into the Faith of Estellon have been met with insult and rejection. But know that the Emperor would never forsake you.

Unionism stands unique in that there is opportunity for forgiveness and growth; for you to look back on your mistakes, learn from them, and become more pious as a consequence. I welcome you to visit the von Schwarzkrau estate to discuss your relationship with the Emperor and the God-Emperors, for you are not beyond repentance for your mistakes and striving toward piety. You would find good welcome in Unionism, given your prior service to the state.

The Emperor loves you.

Do you love him?

Mister Drresal,

I am glad you can seeking out faith to cherish your soul, but I am saddened to hear that you are met with insults from the Faith's worshippers.

From Count von Schwarzkrau words, you have done quite the services to the empire, especially saving one of most respected noble and Virdian Knight and not helping to release a dangerous arken in the city.

Us of House Abansaddi extend a invitation to your Mister Drresal to come to the Abansaddi Estate to learn of a faith lives for honor and believes to absolve and remember. We, the pious house of Asaredu can teach much on the subject.
