Who are we?

The Kura Pack was founded by the mysterious individual known as the Shòu in the year 309 AC, as an offshoot of the Primalist Pack. The Kura Pack's model takes elements from Sihai gangs. It formed with a dream of a future where beasts held a place in society and, more importantly, had their safety and protection from outside threats guaranteed.


The Kura Pack attempts to achieve this by being the fangs and claws of Beasts in their eternal conflict against vampires, gaining and amassing power and influence, taking up contracts and working with allied packs and offering sanctuary to lone beasts that are looking for allies and family. The Kura Pack operates in both shadows and light, each field requiring separate skills. taking on the philosophy, "The best defense is a good offense."

Our Past

Long before the current leader came to the city of Regalia, the Shòu was previously involved in small-scale vigilantism, offering protection and taking up contracts to watch businesses and protect them from danger while hunting down vampire bounties, practices still carried out to this day.





During the late winter of 307 A.C. was when the Primalist Pack, the inspiration for the Kura Pack, gained a lot of attention from all around Regalia. Having terrorized a bit of folk with their abilities they quickly grew a little too hasty in their growth. Resulting in injury to their leader and a withdrawal from public appearance.





Through the early spring of 308 A.C. the pack lingered in the background, taking it's time with collecting members and respect from the community of the underworld. With time they grew and stepped into a new age and coalition. With the alliance they formed they expanded their pack and were able to accept not only bears but more types of soul-lines among their ranks. Fully intent on taking their place back in the world of Aloria. It was around this time that the current leader of the Kura Pack joined the Primalists.





As the early days of the year went by, two members decided to forge their own path, and branch off from their pack using their collective experience and knowledge gained from their time to form a new pack, taking the best of ideas from the Primalists and marrying them with more recent tactics, practices and traditions. These two individuals, would begin their undertaking, of safeguarding the beasts of Regalia, and allow their rise to power once more.

Ideologies

- Believes that Beasts are the supreme blessing above mundanity and other afflictions, especially the sanguine curse.



-Believes that on the basis of race and gender, all are equal.



-Believes that higher powers exist but doesn't enforce their worship upon others.



-Believes that in most cases, the ends justify the means used. It does not believe however, in excessive torment and cruelty where it is not necessary.



-Supports Exist organizations and fellow werebeast packs.



-Values merit and activity among pack members.



-All talents and skills have a place within the pack.



- Denies the rights of Vampires and sees them as a blight that needs to be either wiped or controlled.



-Is actively opposed against any Sihndar, Archblood, Wardens and Mercenaries entering the Undercity and sewers with the intent to hunt down and/or cure werebeasts and will aggressively oppose them.

Chain of Command





Pack Roles



> Atama: Leader of the Pack, the Boss. Is responsible for managing and heading all aspects of the pack such as finances, diplomacy, projects, missions, etc. as well as ensuring the safety of the pack, the head of pack operations. Must hear out and where applicable, work towards the wishes of the Pack members.





> Kojo: Second in command, the Lieutenant. Takes over certain pack operations and management whenever the Alpha is unavailable or has their hands full with a certain aspect of the pack. A maximum of two betas can be declared at a time.





>Yuán: General Pack Member. These are the cogs of the pack that ensure it runs smoothly, fulfilling a variety of different roles which contribute to the pack in some way, may it be in combat, medical skills, craftsmanship, etc. Each member has some reason or the other they joined the pack, goals and motivations to work towards through the pack, while fulfilling the pack's values and striving for a greater future for werebeasts.





> Wakai-chi: Rookie Pack Member. Recruits brought into the pack, aspirant Kura Pack members that wish to use the pack as a medium to fulfill their goals, gaining the resources, information and security, in exchange for their help in fulfilling the goals and motivations of other pack members.
