    Overview
Originating in the Burdigalan heartland, Méridional Livres is a literary press specializing in fiction and the arts, but it has a number of less reputable projects and works to its name from the Sunday Scratch to the Regal Suggestion. As the company has expanded so has its offerings. Traditional editing, copyediting, design, and marketing packages are available, as well as one-off services such as limited print runs for the general public.

    Subsidiaries
The Sunday Scratch | Back Issues
Founded in Spring of 308, The Sunday Scratch began as a small bulletin that has broadened into investigative journalism and tackling the hard topics, not to mention creating a plethora of ads. During its beginning years the small paper company was nestled between the Nook and other shops leading to New Crookback, and existed there for most of its life. Recently the business has moved however, landing itself a spot near Regalia's Main Street.

With the prevalence of conflict and difficulty acquiring and keeping good sources, the paper makes use of a drop box for information that is open at all hours. An expansion of the Scratch's advertising services is also available. You can enlist a member of their team to spread the word about your business or other peoples business.

    Regal Suggestion | Back Issues

After this column successfully debuted under another name in the Sunday Scratch, it was given a facelift and directional overhaul. The Regal Suggestion was a magazine for anyone who wants to be in the know in Regalia, and features articles on fashion, culture, and the ever elusive noble figures running Regalia. If there's scandal and drama the snoops at the Regal Suggestion knew about it, and they wanted you to know it too. Regal Suggestion has since been folded back into The Sunday Scratch as a dedicated series of columns.

The Diviner's Corner | Back Issues

The Diviner's Corner saw similar treatment as the Regal Suggestion. Myridden, famed diviner and stargazer, briefly had their own magazine to discuss occult topics of import and address the common man's fears. Now in the winter of 309 coming hot off the insurrection and bleeding money from lost sales, Myridden's horoscopes and advice are once again at home in The Sunday Scratch.

    Resources
Méridional Livres has collected works from other publishing houses and papers for internal use. Access to these materials can be granted upon request and with payment of a nominal fee.

    Emery Houle
The Sunday Scratch’s oft absent editor. Emery takes a hands-off approach to most office politics, and dallies in her employees business only when absolutely necessary. She can be found most often in her office, or when things are truly stressful taking a quick smoke break just beyond the door.

    Areas of Interest: Military, Politics

    Baldomar Dreschner
Formerly a faculty member at a university no longer wishing to be associated with him, Baldomar has taken to writing treatises and papers in his advanced age. Even more recently he’s travelled to Regalia to see all it has to offer, dropping his plans to publish a tell all book about “professionals” in his chosen field. Swines and crooks, the lot of them. What do they have that he doesn’t?

    Areas of Interest: Entertainment, Industry

    Edmund Cadigan
A quiet man of stern disposition, Edmund began his tenure at the Sunday Scratch filling coffees and organizing files. He’s since progressed to writing interest pieces on knights and other figures he finds fascinating, to the delight of his coworkers who’ve done their best to break the man’s shell.

Areas of Interest: Knights, Infrastructure, Political Figures

    Petar Hall
A man who likes to be at the forefront of everything hands-on, Petar concerns himself with the nitty-gritty in Regalia. Unfortunately, his other major interests run political and clash with Baldomar’s overly conservative opinions, leading to the two fighting over who gets to write what.

Areas of Interest: Sports, Politics, Crime

    Juliana Lowry
A mousy women with strong opinions about what men and women ought not to do, it's no wonder she took to writing up a storm the minute someone gave her access to pen and paper. She spends the majority of her time diving into books that break the mold and pays close attention to the love lives of everyone but herself.

    Areas of Interest: Romance, Literature

    Desmonia L. Sellenhire
Having lived for so long leads to certain proclivities, and finding ways to occupy herself is something Desmonia will never tire of. For the time being she’s taken to writing about the fleeting and oh-so important drama of shorter-lived creatures (read: Ailor), and delights in pitting them against each other for her own amusement.

    Areas of Interest: Drama, Fashion

The Sunday Scratch is looking for talented individuals to fill the rank and file. Writers, copy editors, and those with a journalist knack are in high demand. The Scratch also has need for everyday laborers; anyone willing to carry a message long distance or help about the office. Letters should be addressed to Emery Houle (@Ocularum).
