A PROCLAMATION​

1. The Tyrannian-Winslough vs Kehlen Investigation, is being handed over to the The Hightower City Guard as the Charter Specific parties (Garret Ames, Bolverk Sterke-Enn, and Estine the Kehlen Guard) have been appropriately judged below, putting this outside the hands of the Interior State Department. The full investigate report remains under seal given ongoing investigations, though the Interior State Department stresses the following to the public and the nobility.

2. House Kehlen's "Request to Unseat" makes baseless accusations of corruption and scheming towards House Tyrannian while actively provoking them into further conflict, at times going against their own statements during the investigations. Before an investigation is opened, it should be noted the Kehlen House Guard should seek to defend their patrons, not incite their enemies.

3. The Fighter's Guild and Winslough House Guard investigations ended with the following results. Mercenaries Estine (@SlyChung) and Garrett Ames (@Varisus) have been fully expelled from the Order, and General Hamelin d'Vaud has stepped in to assist in the reform of said Guild, to bring it up to manageable standards. A sole leader of the Fighter's Guild will soon be established based on these reforms, but as of now, Mateo Silva (@MrH_ ) still runs said Guild. The Winslough House Guard Bolverk was innocent of any wrongdoing according to all parties, contrary to the "Request to Unseat" statement from House Kehlen, going against their later statements during the investigation.

4. Concerning the fate of Garrett Ames specifically, the investigation has found no evidence of a planned assassination order from House Tyrannian to this particular mercenary. Rather, Garrett Ames came to blows with Wulffram Kehlen after being peacefully invited inside, and then provoked into drawing his weapon. Regalian Self-Defense is moot, but House Kehlen's claim that Gallus Tryannian masterminded a scheme to get Wulfram Kehlen assassinated gives too much credit to both the Tyannian in question and the Mercenary Ames. Garrett Ames remains in custody for the Order of Hightower to make a judgement on his exact crimes.
