The Sparrows work to uphold those values by helping people who are going through one of the most terrifying experiences a person can have-- being captured and held against their will. Our goals are simple; rescue those who have been captured, help them to recover, and provide them with resources to assure that they can move on with their lives. How It Works The Sparrows specialize in locating and retrieving "targets" (the word is harsh, but it's the best way to phrase it). There are four divisions: Scouting || The first group on the field. Their job is to locate the target and get a basic understanding of the situation; what group is currently holding the target, what their defenses are, any injuries or other dangers, etc. They report their findings back to headquarters. Retrieval || The ones who do the actual rescuing. This division is very combat- and protection- oriented; their objective is to get in, secure the target, and get out, with as few injuries or further losses as possible. Ultimately, their own safety and freedom is as much of a priority as the target's, but all that can be done to complete the mission will be done. Recovery || The medics and alchemists. After a target is retrieved and brought back to headquarters, it is the job of the recovery division to treat any injuries that the target or the retrieval division sustained during the mission. Management || Everything else. Any job that is not covered within one of the other three divisions falls here, and it's the catch-all for folks who want to help, but may not have the needed skills to be a part of the other divisions.
