"Good service like ours is hard to come by these days."

The music the jade instruments play:
The Sleepy Red Panda is a restaurant, but also a guild looking to find a common ground for Sihai coming to Regalia that are specialized in the field of cooking. In order to watch out for each other, and also to keep the legacy of their traditional, local dishes intact and shared among their common kin. But also to discover more recipes to master and make their own. They currently operate out of Crookback, trying to instill a calm yet fierce cooking atmosphere at the Sleepy Red Panda restaurant.

Current Guild Roster:

- Lubai Neilong Nanjong (Me)

Below, rests the menu of the restaurant:

Neilong's Dim Sum List

Chángfěn / Rice Noodle Roll: Steamed rice noodles with or without meat or vegetable filling. Meat fillings include: Beef, chicken, duck, barbequed pork, and Ksai Fish. Though there are also vegetable fillings like: Chives and garlic, Dexai Honey Ball, and Theomar's Fungus (served seasonally, ask your server). Optional sweetened soy sauce included at no additional charge. (Notify your server if you want this separate from the dish).

Chāshāo Dexai Bāo / Barbequed Dexai Pork Bun: Bun with barbecued pork filling steamed before being glazed with Dexai Honey Ball and sprinkled with white sugar to give it a blueish, glazed night sky appearance.

Luóbo Gāo / Turnip Cake: Pudding made from a mix of shredded white radish, bits of dried shrimp, Sihai sausage and mushroom that is steamed, sliced, and pan-fried. Ingredients can change seasonally. For an additional charge of 1 regal, we also serve this with your choice of either: Dexai Honey Ball or sweetened soy sauce on top.

Lóng Zhua / Dragon's Claws: Deep fried, boiled, and them finally steamed locally sourced chicken's feet with fermented black soybean sauce for extra flavor. Tasty and exotic!

Páigu / Spare Ribs: Steamed and smoked pork ribs served with freshly grated garlic, chili flakes, and topped with fermented black soybeans.

Char Siu / Barbecued Pork: Pork that has been thoroughly coated in a blend of five secret spices, before being coated in Dexai Honey Ball and baked overnight low and slow for a truly unique and tender experience. Served as a dim sum, though can also be ordered as a full meal for 5 regals extra. (Full meal includes steamed leeks and rice)

Congee / Sticky Rice: Rice porridge served with a variety of additives at your choosing. These include: Chives, eggs (cooked to your preference), fried dough, fried pork fat, pork belly, Dexai Honey Ball, sugar. Feel free to pick and choose as many as you like - even all - the customer is always right.

Dexai Har Gow / Dexai Dumpling: A thin-skinned dumpling, generously filled yet easily eaten within one bite. A variety of fillings can be chosen, such as: Prawn, chicken, beef, Ksai Fish, and always an optional belly-warming portion of soup broth for any choice. Please let your server know if you want a dumpling without the soup filling.

Ochazuke / Green Tea and Rice: A simple, comforting dish many look to for aiding them when sick, or simply to fill them up and boost their mood. Freshly prepared green tea poured over cooked rice. A variety of optional additions include: Salted plums, furikake, salted roe, pickled vegetables, and or scallions. A paste made from horseradish can also be requested on the side, just ask!

Nelfin Inspired Dishes:

Apruce (Grilled Chicken Skewer): Simplistic in nature but bursting with taste. An arrangement of four eloquently sliced pieces of chicken marinated in a sauce made from a paste of Ullaline, a sparse amount of honey ball, and Estallorn spirits. These are then skewered on a thin, sharpened stick typically made out of spruce.

Lonama (White Blossom Noodles): Contrary to the name, Lonama is not white in appearance and is a more plain looking noodle. The name comes from the flowers that are processed to make the flour that is used to make the noodles. Traditionally served and enjoyed in winter times to promote health and to warm up. These noodles are freshly prepared on order, and served with a hot soup made from Ullaline paste and ground Ceá'llë's Herb, the latter used to enhance the medicinal benefits of Lonama.

Yata (Cloud Cakes): Two round, fluffy, and moist sweet cakes prepared in-house are served with a honeyball syrup. Delicately fluffy these rise upwards of an inch, and their crisped, browned exterior hides a pillowy embrace of moist and sweet bread within. A favored local breakfast dish though can be enjoyed at any time.

Nenila (Water Flow Soup): This soup is served as broth in a large, metal pot. The ingredients are presented raw to the customer on trays alongside it. The pot is heated by a small fire below to keep it in a gentle, rolling boil so that the customer can personally pick and choose what ingredients to cook and eat when they so desire it. The current broth is a simple one made from Ullaline paste and simple vegetables but will be expanded on later. This soup is traditionally enjoyed by a group as they converse about their day while cooking and eating.

Inspirations from another saloon:

Lāmiàn / Hand-Pulled Noodles: This pork Lāmiàn is one of Dexai's favorite styles of Lāmiàn. The pork bone broth is cooked for ten hours to achieve its thick, rich and creamy taste. Topped with pork, half boiled egg, leek and sesame seeds. Noodles are prepared fresh to order.

Sùshí Lāmiàn / Vegetarian Hand-Pulled Noodles: Like the regular Lāmiàn but instead of a pork bone broth, a more medicinal broth of various vegetables and medical herbs are used. Good for those who prefer no meat, or simply for health. Topped with steamed bok choy, leek, and sesame seeds.
