The Rose n' Thorn are a collective of like-minded individuals with
a deep appreciation for nature and a drive to discover more about
their world. These may be gardening and horticulture enthusiasts,
hunters, archeologists and historians, or even just adrenaline
junkies.
The Rose n' Thorn has no clear hierarchy. Everyone's voice matters.
The Rose n' Thorn's explorations are supported through the
following self-run businesses, all of which contribute their entire
proceeds towards equipment and travel costs:
Rose n' Thorn: Florist & Herbal Remedies
Others to be added.

I would like for this group to be more than just an AFK
progression submission farm, but rather a framework to
further engage in the in-roleplay set up for progressions
that casts a much wider net for generating roleplay.
To support this, I've come up with a rough opt-in model
that revolves around two primary principles:
MONEY MATTERS. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES.
I would like for money, however funny it may be, to have
a direct impact on the guild. This is just a brainstorm, but
the guild's 'economy' could be reflected in the following
forms:
Equipment
Maybe the quality of guild-provided gear is weaker
and more likely to break while the guild is doing
poorly. Maybe it's better quality and there's more
available while the guild is doing well.
Ideally, this encourages visiting businesses for
equipment upkeep. Give those people some lines
and build up some relationships.

Maybe meeting places are limited to Crookback, or
guild members owe the patron-business favors/
work in exchange for a gathering location while the
guild is doing poorly. Maybe meeting places are able
to be hosted in classier venues while the guild is
doing well.
Help local businesses! I personally don't think this
guild should try for its own shop or building just yet,
as it's focused around inhabiting new spaces and
doing business on the go.

House-managed shops that are run depending on
member interest. These should ideally be a wide
array of "side hustles" that are loosely nature related.
Some examples being a florist cart, holistic medicines,
animal products, food products, etc.
These should primarily be mobile businesses. Go
anywhere and everywhere. The overall profits of these
ventures will play a large part in the economic health
of the society, where business upkeep will matter.

to be completed.
Day to day stuff will be largely in support of the above.
Expect consistent (every other week or so, playing by ear)
(& possibly DM'd) excursions into the wilderness to collect
resources, so on and so forth. Still a little brainlet idea.
