The Regalian Sihai Collective
Origin
Created in 307 AC as way to form a community of Sihai in Regalia, the Regalian Sihai Collective serves to spread the Sihai culture and also provide homes for their kin. It was founded by Hachimitsu Xiaozhi, Jae-Seong Ma, and Tsuki Morikawa- who are all funnily half breeds.
With more and more Sihai arriving into Regalia, their numbers grow, and as such their culture will begin to spread.

Purpose
As stated before, the Regalian Sihai Collective serves as first as a way to form a sense of community for all the Sihai in Regalia. To help them adjust to their new ways of living while maintaining their cultural values and traditions. They also hold underground religious ceremonies in the privacy of their own homes, away from the prying eyes of Unionists. Lots of the Sihai occupy dragonbend to be closer to one another. While they are not a gang, to them dragonbend is their territory.
Secondly, they hold events that help spread Sihai culture to less educated Regalians. The events they've hosted so far are the following:
Membership Requirements
The requirements needed to become a member of the Regalian Sihai Collective is quite simple. Said individual has to at least be half-Sihai, nothing less. That is the only requirement to become a member, as the group is very open to all types of Sihai, granted they don't stir up trouble with inside the Collective.

- Your Sihai or half-Sihai character has to be one of your main characters. Not a side character you play sometimes when you feel like it.
- I want to keep our community positive. As such, I will be wary towards applicants who have a bad reputation.
I really only have two requirements. I just want people who are committed to playing their Sihai, and who have a positive reputation.
