The Regalian Scholar Ministry

The current manifestation of the Ministry of Scholars has a three-pronged approach to the idea of scholarship and research. Pursuant to the most recent leadership change, Minister Genevieve Howlester sets forth the following tenants

Public education is to be treated as a necessity for our Empire to flourish. Native Regalian citizens should be taught the basics of the laws of society, appropriate cultural norms, and how best to serve the Empire.

The public education system must focus on creating an environment of Regalian patriotism and cooperative spirit should be started as children, and to be carried into adulthood. These goals will be tenaciously pursued, along with the critical research tasked to the Ministry.

State provided education must establish a populace which can find jobs, understand and follow the virtues of the society. Education within our Empire as to the responsibilities of citizens to our glorious Empire is considered fundamental. Imperial and Unionist ideals must direct the content of education. The formation of Imperial Culture and dedication to the Spirit is an educational ideal. An ideal citizen of Regalian society must be imbued with the desire to serve the Empire not only in his/her vision on society, but also in the way it manifests it in daily behaviors.

We thereby call for a Public Information Decency Standard be recognized. Liberal elements within our society have taken advantage of the kind, charitable nature of good Unionists, and have persisted on publishing and distributing works that aggrandize things like evil magics, immorality, vice, and the glorification of foreign races. The Public Information Decency Act establishes a limit to such wickedness – subjecting published works to adhere to the moral standards of Unionism, and the bolstering of the Regalian Empire. Any works found to glorify other cultures, religions, moral standards other than Imperial Culture and Regalian central cultures are proof that there are elements within our very society seeking to undermine our way of life. The Public Information Decency Standards will assist in rooting out that which seeks to poison minds and hearts against the Empire, in even the most subversive ways.


With such joyous news delivered, the Ministry is pleased to announce the following appointments.


Hamelin d'Vaud is appointed as the new Dean of Research

Rothad Kehlen is appointed as the new Dean of Cultural Enforcement.

Theodore Tyrannian is appointed as the new Dean of Lectures

The position of Dean of Public Dissemination is available.



This notice also serves as a public call for all good Regalian scholars to apply for entrance into the Ministry. We are looking for those dedicated to upholding Regalian Supremacy in the hearts and minds of all citizens.
