The 11th of February saw the Emperor end the tenure of the shortest Regalian Government, the second Privy Council, and instituted the New Model Government. The new model government has many positions, one of which is The Interior Peace Minister. Currently, the position is held by Edmund Karhter. This ministry exists to keep the peace between the noble families of the realm; with words, and with the Treppewitz Army.

Positions of the Ministry​

Interior Peace Minister: Edmund Karhter
The Interior Peace Minister. His duties are as follows: He mediates in conflicts between Noble Families, not just violent conflicts but also public verbal differences, and he regulates the Emperor's Peace Law enforcement with the Treppewitz Army.

Interor Peace Clerks: Vacant
There are three Clerks, whose main duties are to gather information, by meeting them and asking the families about rivalries, and present it to the interior peace minister. The minister does, however, have a habit of going out and digging up information himself. If Edmund writes any sort of proclamation, the Clerks will proofread it. Edmund will appoint people to this position, there is no possible way to OOCly apply.

Interior Peace Advisors: Jamie Rosendahl & Benedictus d'Vaud.
The Interior Peace Advisors advise Edmund on his decisions, he will usually run his Lodges by them before he brings them up in meetings. He basically keeps them around so he can get more than one opinion on the situations that he is dealing with. The Advisors may even be able to change Edmund's mind, affecting how things play out. Edmund will appoint people to this position, there is no possible way to OOCly apply.

The Emperor's Peace Law, reads as follows:
Nobles may engage in armed conflicts, as long as A. They do not cause excess damage to the national interests of the Empire and B. They do not cause excess and unnecessary loss of Ailor Lives.​
