Hello everyone!

NorthWatch would like to formally invite everyone, allies, and enemies alike, to the Red Feast! Set on Jun 30th, 3PM CST.

Around this time last year, NorthWatch had finished its first village, castle, and harbor. On that date we gifted the entire server a full set of armor, every tool, every weapon, and every buff! We ended the night with a beautiful christening of the castle, bathing it in blood by calling everyone to the castle right as we dropped our final gift. It was beautiful, and thus the Red Feast was born.

We aim to get Jorrhild set to peaceful for an hour that day during the fun and will have a few areas open for roleplay. At that time we will host an ice sculpture competition, a massive banquet, and much much more!

At the end of the hour we will have a beautifully coordinated fireworks display over the castle after which, the true festivities will commence. Everyone present will be asked to move to the castle where we shall drop a few gifts at which everyone shall fight to the death! When there is only one left standing, we shall donate a gift for all in that person's honor and name of their choosing.

We hope you all join us, survivalist or RPer on this momentous event! We are currently renovating NorthWatch to look even more wonderful than it did before.

Have a Massive Day!

I dunno if i'd wanna go to something called the Red Feast, sounds too much like the Red Wedding 0-o

edit- probs should've finished reading the post before commenting :b

Hey party people!

If the bloodbath aspect of this is scaring anyone away, it shouldn't.

Just make sure you bring only what you're planning on wearing and maybe a weapon you're okay with losing. God Weapons are so commonplace now I'm sure there's a chance it may even be returned. There will be a handful of publicly accessible ender chests available just before the fight.

We'll supply copious amounts of food, obviously. So don't need to bring none o' that.

Yes, there will probably be people who want to show up with a full PVP loadout but we would prefer, in the interest of a crazy fun time, that they didn't. (You know who you are.)

We want this to be more like a bloody moshpit/foodfight and less like a warship sailing into a duckpond to turn its Phalanx CIWS weapon system on the ducks.

And don't forget about the ice sculpting contest. A registration post will be made at the end of this week for that contest so we know how many plots to make. If you want to make sure you get tagged in that contest registration post, comment below.

Oh. And feel free to bring some of your own fireworks to add to our pile. The more the merrier!

I basically have every single event imaginable, from a retreat to my family being gone to being (more or less) kicked out of the house, happening on all on that same day. I am seriously making a diagram for my faction officers its so confusing.

I would love to be involved though. Visit Celetil's faction home: our claim in jorhildr may be the perfect place for an event or two if you wanna use it. We also could also probably supply something or another (like food! we used to have tons and we could farm tons again!) so talk with @enderdragon

Thank you for the offer.

The planned sequence of events for that day so far move through the town of NorthWatch quite well.

Room for a large feasting tent in the incomplete trade district, plenty of ice to harvest for the sculpting competition down by the gates, roomy rooftops for a bit of parkor and watching the fireworks display, and then of course the brawl at the end has to happen in the castle. It's tradition.

So we would surely love to visit later but the festivites will happen within the shiny new walls of NW.

If we are unable to bring our reserves of meat up to the desired level within our deadline, we will certainly reach out to you for help.

So, feel free to slaughter countless cows and bunnies and duckchickens for later consumption.

Thanks!

The duckchickens will live on!

Dont forget I will be aiming to get peaceful set in Jorrhildr for an hour that day!

Oh man, I want in on this

Btw, if that screenshot at the top is current, northwatch looks freaking great. Props to the builders

At the risk of opening the floodgates, Is this something players would be able to request too?

For large hosted events planned in advance it can be requested and with our continued goal of pulling more people into the factions worlds we hope it will be approved.

Never hurts to ask eh?

Ah, I see... Well either way, looks fantastic

Thank you.

I build things.

Shout out to @badbill089 and Salemslot for always having building materials in stock at a reasonable price and even the occasional bulk discount. His store thrives alongside my laziness and refusal to gather things. I am not a paid spokesperson.

And also @Aienn for being my sugardaddy in helping pay for building materials as well as his helpful input when I get... i dunno... writersblock for builders.... buildersblock?

Thanks.

This isn't a roleplay event, what's in it for me?

You can RP the WHOLE TIME but not everyone will be "in character" and whatever happens at the party has nothing to do with Regalia.

So isn't that even more of a reason to let loose?

What happens in Jorrhildr...

...my people will clean up in the morning.
