Owned by a Stout Furling under the name of Olesya Casyroa,
the tea house was established on 11/16/307 A.C. with a promise
to serve food and drinks to those who need it most at cheap price.

The tea house provides lounging and a bar for those to drink their tea at,
accompanied by a fireplace to stay warm.

Please don't throw food or drinks. Doing so will result in removal, & if
you've broken a cutlery or dish, it will result in you paying out of your own
pocket.

Keep from causing too much commotion or disturbances.
The Tea House is a Violet enforced area, meaning that the owner (or
employers) can and will go get guards if necessary.

Any furniture, cutlery, cups, dishes, or food in the Tea House
broken, destroyed or stolen without payment is expensive to
replace (minus the food) and will result in you paying out of
your own pocket, as the owner has stated.
Any and all rules broken leave you viable to be removed.
