What are we?
The Pawn Pond is a small ma' and pa's business, whose sole purpose is to sell only legitimate and high demand items, not to mention hard to find! The company was founded by Xiao Ku, and to this day, is still in operation.
How do we operate?
The Pawn Pond is a pawn shop, entirely. Perhaps you don't know what a pawn shop is? A pawn shop is an establishment that will purchase high end, rare, or historical items from individuals, and then sell them to another. Some consider it a fast and easy way to make money, especially if you don't have the entrepreneur's tongue! Pawning is a very profitable business, allowing individuals to make magnificent amounts of money, by only handing over an item! Now, purchasing from a pawn shop is simple, you spot an item that strikes your fancy, and you chat with employees, get a history, and the lineage of possession of the objects, after the information is given, we will state our price (which will be negotiable). Upon purchasing the item, it will be given to you, immediately after you have paid the price. Deliveries are available.
What is being sold?
We sell many things, but we are known for selling pieces of world history/artifacts, original pieces of art from popular artists, old currency, pieces of Regalian History, rare items, and even precious metals and jewelry!
How do I make money?
As stated above, one will present an item to an employee, and state that the individual wishes to sell the item. Upon stating such, the individual is expected to give backstory and a proper lineage of possession to the employee. Afterward, the employee will ask a list of questions, and check the item for legitimacy, and if needed, they will call upon an expert to assist with the inspection. If this is needed, a formal appointment will be needed to be made, unless currently present at the inspection. Upon doing so, a price will be mentioned, and negotiation will commence. NOTE: You are allowed to pull away from the selling of your item at (almost) any time. However, beyond the currency exchange, there are no refunds or take backs, the item belongs to the Business, and the money is yours.
What if I wish to buy?
Purchasing is as simple as is, you like the looks of an item, and you ask for a price. Sold. We promise that all pieces in the shop are legitimate, and worth the money they are stated, which is usually stated by professionals.
What if something goes wrong?
There is only one reason there would be anything wrong, and that being, fraud. If this were ever to come to a buyer, and they purchased a fake, you are by all rights allowed to get a refund, with proof of the unoriginal item's illegitimacy. We promise that all items are professionally looked through, and inspected before purchased, if the occasion comes around that there may be a slip up, you will be compensated for your time and business.
Where are we?
Currently, we have no full location, besides a warehouse in which we hold all of our items. The warehouse sits in a specific location, which will be not be stated, due to the fear of theft. The company is actively looking for a place of operation, if you have a place, set up a meeting!
Can I work here?
You may, and all individuals wishing to join the team, should schedule a meeting with the Headmistress. Note: All applying individuals are subject to a background check, and trust me, we can do it!
