I heard that some tall guy, a forger, just opened up shop down in the slums. Apparently he's called Robert something. Weird name for a forger, but anyway - he supposedly takes commissions if you manage to find him... but obviously, that's difficult as anything. You know how it is with the criminal folk.
Anyway, apparently he's really talented. Would do you a good forgery of pretty much anything, I hear, given enough money. He's bloody expensive, but apparently he does bargain, so there's always a chance.
If you ever want something like that done, you'd do well to seek him out. It'd be handier to send him a letter, of course, but without his contact details that'd be a bit tricky.

Oh, yeah, Robert? Yeah. Not heard that much about him, really, but I do know a few things for certain - he's apparently around the Emporium a lot, and he's a Kathar of some description. I hear he's really good at forging official documents - I mean, the ones he can get his hands on. Common stuff is cheaper, as you'd expect, but uh. He does do a few stranger things as well, I think. I don't really know, you'd have to find him.

Stuff like weapon permits are more difficul' tae ge' righ', though. Either they'll be a bi' shoddy, or they'll cost you all you've go' an' more. Don' know wha' 'e looks like 'xac'ly, bu'. Can give names o' some of 'is lads for y', they deal wi' mos' o'the clien'-side stuff. (Character gains access to the Staff List)
Mm. Yes, Robert, I know him. He's a Saivale, he works in forgery. Owns that little business, the Paper Bazaar. Yes, yes - he sells all sorts of forged papers. I was a customer of his, once upon a time - I took down a list of his prices, so you can have that if you'd like. You can contact him by letter, leave them at one of his little safe spots. give them to me, even. He might not take too kindly to it, but it's always an option if you want whatever it is you want done done quickly. --Oh, and if you're looking for employment, he's always got an eye out, I hear. Perhaps the idea of a new assistant would cheer him up. (Character gains access to public price list, letter service.)

No offence - I'm sure you're a perfectly memorable person - it's just that in the business I'm in, we have to be sure to be sure to be sure. The code at the bottom of this piece of paper will serve as a coupon of sorts - if you give me that code, I'll know you're a friend (or a friend of a friend!) and you can get whatever you want discounted. Am I not generous?
As well, if you decorate your letter with the basic pattern I've detailed on the back here, it'll get through to me quicker and easier, and I'll be absolutely sure to keep my mouth shut about anything inside. Sounds great, right? I've even added the location of a really nice luxury secret drop-off point for you.
