A letter would be found on the public tavern noticeboards and at the Merchant Guild Hall. It would state that Christopher Black has resigned from his post as Guildmaster in order to concentrate on his duties as an Admiral of Regalia. Furthermore, the letter would state that the Open Ocean Merchant Guild itself was exiting the Crown City, and moving back to Narlas, where its new leadership would taken up by Christopher's younger brother, Samuel Black.
