Formed on June 1, 307 AC, the Keen Business Association's purpose is to boost the income and success of businesses. The Association exists as a working union to raise collective income and productivity for all businesses within. The company has a multitude of services available, putting any involved business first. The services include providing each business with any needed supplies, manpower, and advertisements. Any business owner that is enrolled in the Association remains with full control over their business but must swear loyalty to the Association chairman. Likewise, the chairman assumes loyalty over other businesses involved so that all businesses could exceed top-line profit.
To stress it further, the association's main focus is to help businesses grow and succeed in all endeavors. All legal attempts will be made by the association so that your business gets a great income.
OOC NOTE: While all of this can just be NPC'd for your business, the purpose of the Keen Association is so that you can get much more business roleplay with direct supplier contact. 
The business swears to uphold these standards and understands that if the business or the association breaks the contract, it can be brought to the authorities as a violation of oath.
The legal contract requires the use and maintenance of the following rights. Different contracts may be distributed to those that must have such deemed.
- The owner of the business remains in charge of their business.
- Full fealty and loyalty to the Association are maintained.
- The association board can call upon monetary support from the businesses enrolled. This goes both ways between the association and the business.
- The business must give 10% of monthly earnings to the Association, allowing the Association to profit, while also allowing the Association to pay for give-back services
- The business enrolled may request supplies, advertisements, manpower, extension beyond the Holy City, and more at their own immediate behest.
- The business remains active.
- It is not permitted to leave the association under any circumstance unless the chairman sees it fit for such to occur. (Or an OOC reason is given)
- The contract can be altered if it seen fit, and businesses involved may request changes to the contract, but the allowance of said changes is not guaranteed.
The Association Board is the main structure of the Association.
Chairman - The Chairman of the association is the head of the board. He or she in charge of all decision making and assumes full veto authority over the Association, but can not dictate each business's individual decisions. The current chairman is Alaric Keen. (@HeyitsNano)
Vice-Chairman - The Vice-Chairman is in charge of all secondary decision making, acting as the business regent of the company when the chairman is unavailable.
Association Trustees - The Association Trustees consists of associates who have shown extraordinary leadership and ability in the company. Associate trustees have the ability to put forward changes to vote for and do not require a second person in agreeance.
Associates - The Associates are the primary source of the association's population. Any business owner than enrolls their business into the association automatically becomes an associate. Associates have the right to vote on changes as well but must have a second person in favor to vote. Then, the majority of those seated must agree with the idea. (@ShouldHaveRolled @UrsaMajor)
Association Financial Officer - The Association Financial Officer's primary job is to keep track of all earnings for the Association and maintain all monetary issues. The Financial Officer must strive to bring forth ideas to raise Associate Business revenues. The only way to become a financial officer is to pen a letter to the chairman himself. (Forum message)
