The Justice Division

(Logo Pending)

Built within what appears to be an otherwise-ordinary run-down shop off the side of the street, the Justice Division is an extremely small agency of like-minded sumaritans, build on the idea of protecting not only the people's interests, but also their morale, hoping to bring a sense of security and warmth to an unstable city environment. Members blur the line between a mercenary corps and simple people looking to do good, taking up official jobs and acting on their own as they like.

Those working within the Justice Division are often entertainers just as much as they can be investigators or healers, with the only general requirement to their skillset being the ability to help others. Warriors are also accepted among them, though they are generally barred from acting in offense.

The Justice Division's services are open to anyone, regardless of faith, class, or race. This includes aberrancy.

(Members may assist in progression events on a case-by-case basis, provided further information)

(The guild can be found at bilgecourt6)

Code of Conduct

The Justice Division's code of conduct takes much after the Bloodcast Knight's code (or lack thereof), especially in the belief that members should do good on their own terms, no matter how large or small scale that may be, and prioritize their own codes over things such as duty or law. However, there is a notable exception to their lax policies in the field of violence being used unnecessarily, and as such instigating combat is generally frowned upon, but not forbidden.

In line with the organization's generally-lax nature, there is no strict uniform or dress policy, however, it is advised for members to wear some significant item of red (especially crimson) and/or blue in order to identify each other.

Ranking

There is very little hierarchy amongst the Justice Division. Though they have a leader, most decisions are made as a committee. That being said, there is still a slight structure.

-Champion: The title held by the leader of the Justice Division, who oversees recruitment of new members, and if necessary, expulsion. Additionally, only the champions may promote or demote other members definitively, though these issues will usually be put to the council. Other than that, they are no different than the guardians below them. The current champion is Karmesin von Shild.

-Guardian: The backbone of the Justice Division, guardians are considered to be fully-fledged, fully-committed members of the organization. They may have say in any councils the champion holds, and are responsible for electing a new one if the champion were to be unfit to continue service in some respect or another. In addition to taking any jobs presented, many guardians are also responsible for training or keeping track of fledglings in the organization, though such is strictly voluntary.

-Fledglings: Fledglings are new members of the order, not yet fully proved or trusted to be made upstanding guardians. They may help to undertake jobs or missions, though not without the supervision of a guardian or the champion.
