The Hearthen Folk

Hearthen Folk are a bunch from all walks of life, known for their diverse roster that sparsely scrutinize on who they recruit. An order formed under the premise of brotherhood, community, and a few good lads and lasses sharing a tankard of mead together, all the while chattering along to a narrative of misadventures and adventures all the same. The guild is a faction of The Strolling Folk, founded by the bastardized Ivan Grey - a practitioner of both Bloodcast and Aletta Guard. The Hearthen Folk proverbial forte pertains to the fields of rogue mages, sanguine, and other unhallowed souls. All the same, the guild still accepts the oddjob or contract that would otherwise be considered long-established for Mercenary Companies.

The Folktales

A Hearthen Folk may never raise his blade in offense, but he be damned to not draw it in defense.

A Hearthen Folk does not pore over what someone is, rather who someone is.

A Hearthen Folk never shuns ones offering of a mug.

A Hearthen Folk stands his ground, even if no other parcel stands beside them.

A Hearthen Folk's pride must abide by the law, lest that law is a tragic flaw said by a man no stronger than a straw.

Ranks

Prospects

Those initiated into The Hearthen Folk are ordinarily placed in the prospect tier, where they are allotted a mentor of sorts to impart the moral code expected of a Hearthen Folk. Prospects maintain all rights and privileges of any guild member, although they lack the wagon wheel sash that depicts a full-fledged Hearthen Folk. Some individuals, whom have proven themselves prior to applying, are allowed to jump to the Enforcer rank.

Enforcers

Once an individual has adopted the mindset of a Hearthen Folk they are adorned with the wagon wheel sash. This sash indicates the wearer's freedom to travel unhindered by an observer, as they may pursue contracts and personal endeavors as they see fit. However, an Enforcer must undertake the task of mentoring - to fill a similar shoe as the mentor who had groomed them with the teachings of a Hearthen Folk. The duty of a mentor is not to ingrained methods of combats or physical training, rather, a mentor is expected to pass down the tenets of the Hearthen Folk to further their objective: to bring up a well rounded bunch of lads and lasses.
Specialized Ranks

Barring the initial two ranks the guild traditionally establish new positions as they see fit, or when such an occasion for a new tier must be integrated. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these additional ranks carry no more weight than the Enforcer position.
Lodge Master

The Lodge Master is the wagon to all the wheels of the Hearthen Folk, tasked with preserving the guild's sense of unity and community amongst one another. The Lodge Master usually deals with recruitment and orchestrating events for the Hearthen Folk.

Master of Arms

An ironic play on words, the Master of Arms does not make homage to the conventional definition of the title. Those granted the rank of Master of Arms specialize in hand-to-hand combat and are often committed to leading the practitioners of melee combat.

I like it a lot but maybe have a unformated text in a spoiler at the top or bottom. I got some light eye sight problems and it's hard to read some of that text. Plus helps if you do because people who have trouble reading stuff like that usually give up from disinterest or a headache.
