The Gilded Phalanx is a new brothel establishment, featuring both poolside entertainment, as well as a manned bar. It's a newer endeavour, being headed by one Felix Voss. Offering all manner of debauchery, the Phalanx opens its doors to anyone looking to enjoy themselves, in whatever it is they may require. Being very new, it is looking to recruit ambitious and active Courtesans to tend to the customers brought in!
The Phalanx is open at most primetime hours, and will usually be advertised on the Roleplay Discord under "Shop Opening Hours". However, if you simply want to check if we're open or not, head on to the location east of Regalia Spawn, and we're the first building on the bridge, you can't miss it. If the gate is open, you'll find roleplay inside!
Payment for positions works as follows. Courtesans set their own prices to their clients, in whatever way they see fit. 40% of what you make goes to the House, so Felix can expand and reinvest the money for everyone to benefit, but you keep 60%. For example, if you charge 10 Regals for holding someone's hand, you keep 6 of those regals, and have to set 4 aside for Felix, I.E. the House.

I prefer all my talks and interviews to happen in the game, so be prepared to have your queries answered there rather than here. Currently, the Phalanx is seeking out Courtesans more than anything else. What is a Courtesan?
A Courtesan is the entertainer of the brothel, serving and servicing clientele and indulging in the one on one aspects of a Brothel. They are the backbone of any good Brothel, and so, a sociable and confident person is needed to occupy this job.
The Phalanx is also seeking people for other jobs, though are far down the list of priorities:
Musicians
Musicians play instruments or sing, utilizing the stage at the Brothel to perform and entertain guests. They also supply custom music and songs to people, and often perform special requests.
Dancers
Dancers often double as courtesans, but can operate purely as dancers. As the Phalanx grows, we'll expand the stage to have more room for dancing acts, but there is currently some amount of space for one or two.
Bartenders
Bartenders simply serve drinks. However, they're responsible for being around as much as possible, behind the bar and ready to serve even when I am not around.
General Staff
General Staff do just about anything needed, and often are not hired out. In many ways, they're often just friends of the Brothel Master who help out wherever they're needing, following him around during busy hours to make the day go by faster. You likely won't be accepted for this if you do not have a preestablished relationship with Felix.
Bodyguards
Bodyguards oversee protection of the Brothel. Being situated on Orc Land, and in business with the Orcon, the Phalanx is not under much danger of trouble, but bodyguards are still useful to break up rif raf, protect the workers, and ensure Courtesans are well-treated and paid.
OOC Note:
This establishment is a brothel, and I don't need to explain what that entails. If you are seeking to play a courtesan and interact in that side of the business, you are required to be 18+, to ensure that all guests can be comfortable in their experience. If you are not 18+ and choose to not disclose that, you will be ejected from the position. Any position outside of Courtesan is open to all ages, however.
