To all Isldar and Half-Isldar, a vision was shared, a waking or a dreaming one, though all experienced the exact same vision, with the exact same message, at the exact same time. The vision began in a complete void, a view devoid of sound, movement, or orientation, besides two binary colors. One half was black, and one half was white. In the black void materialized Asaph, an Isldar woman of middle-aged appearance, long white hair with streaks of black and violet woven in, and violet scales adorning her neck and hands, clad in a long black white robe. On the white void materialized Frisit, an Isldar woman of young aged beauty, her body covered in black metal plates mimicking the same draconic features, her eyes green and her hair made of long shards of black metal. The two stepped forward, extending a hand to each other, and holding it exactly on the line between the black and the white voids.

Asaph was first to speak. Asaph spoke of the duty of Isldar, the promises made by the Dregodar to protect the Dragons and to support their cause. She spoke of historical importance, of loyalty and perseverance. Asaph offered no honeyed words except the expectation for the Isldar to fulfill the tasks that were set out by their ancestors, a path they all once walked together when they turned their backs on the collapsing Allorn Empire, and to be a steward of creation and life itself, and to guide it to the natural function and conclusion of it.

Frisit spoke second. Frisit spoke of the freedom of the Isldar, claiming the Dragons had abandoned them, and ever since the war with the Dwarves, when the Isldar were in their hour of greatest need, she was there to guide them, protect them, make them stronger and save them. Frisit offered the freedom of choice, and her direct gifts and benevolence as she always had before the Dragons took her away from the Isldar. She claimed the path was different, a new one created and defined by the beauty of death and the finality of things, and the freedom they bring.

After their first plea was complete, both ripped their hands away from each other as if they could not wait to be done with one another, and then spoke the finalized demand (or request, depending on one's interpretation) in unison. The Isldar and Half Isldar were to choose, for the choice would purge their souls of the effects of the other. Should they choose Life, then the Ordial entity known as the Glacial, Frisit, would no longer have a hold on them, and they would return to the original purpose of the Isldar. Should they choose Death, then the Primal entity known as the Violet Dragon Asaph would no longer have a hold on them, and they would enter a new purpose under Frisit's continued guidance.

They both also warned, that this choice should be made in 72 hours. And that if no decision was truly made in their hearts or they refused to make one, then both Frisit and Asaph would wash their hands of the Isldar who did not choose, and revert them back to the Teledden or Fin'ullen their families once were centuries ago.

The vision then ended with a series of flashes of potential possible futures, each Isldar seeing what they themselves could look like if they made either choice, they saw short visions of the Bene Vixit and Bene Rexit advising the international courts, the pass-over rituals performed by the Life singers, and the freedom song performed by the Death singers, a truce between the Death Isldar and the Life Isldar, dividing parts of Ellador and coming to an uneasy standstill, while both continued the conflict against the Dorkarthi Vampires.

((Half Isldar are still included, because Half isldar inherit some Racial Abilities that apply thematic aesthetics from either Ordial or Primal planes, so they too have to make a choice. Note, this only applies to Half Isldar who are Half Isldar primary. If they are already Half Avanthar or Half Ailor first, then these visions do not occur, and they do not need to make a choice, as they do not have any of the Racial Abilities. The choice made for this should be made up to 72 hours after this Progression was posted, and finalized after the Proficiency Update has landed. This allows Isldar to roleplay about their vision and discuss the ramifications, because nothing is ever clear black and white like this. Future Isldar or players who return to the Server with Isldar do not have a dating on this decision, and can simply make it as if they had been here today. We are not discussing the topic of NPC children choosing, because they aren't real.))
