Children of all ages, but especially below the ages of 15, are celebrated most happily. The Festival of the Younglings corresponds to the Cycle of Creation so that any child born or soon to be born is met with sugary celebrations and open arms. THE DRAGON FAITHFUL humbly and excitedly invite children of all ages to arrive with their families so they can be given something baked by the hands of the faithful, themselves. THE VENUE will be the Bancroft Estate within the Noble District. Children can enjoy the stream, the great view of the water in the back, or take a look around the library. Adults can enjoy a nice beverage and an arrangement of treats in the meantime. INVITATIONS are given openly. Regardless of your class or status--so long as you're of good rapport--you may consider this an offer for your participation and arrival on the day of the festival.
