The same ol' pamphlet's seemed to make their way back onto the walls of Regalia within public areas, again, even in the sewers near/in the Wraith and tunnels in general. Reading the following:
I have heard- and seen- many distasteful things from my messages, but there were some who truly agreed. My asking's were completed, at least, the ones I have asked.
It is a shame that many within this city refuses to see the truth. It is understandable that it has become of that though, it was expected in my eyes, you all were lied to for so long. All of you may disagree with this message especially, with all the things I am about to state out.
I promise you all, at times, the higher-ups- government- are corrupted. They lie to the citizens on certain things, they say everyone is safe, when they are not. They say everything will be fine, that is false. Sometimes, Guard's lie to keep their own persons safe, which is a survival instinct that I hold nothing against. You all may say, the supposed 'lies' I speak of are nothing bad, it is normal. Those are simple, /easy/ statements to lie on.
They beat on the innocent, move their way through neutral zones like they own the place! Would you call that true protection? Someone- groups even- stating they would protect you all with their own lives, be breaking the peace themselves when no one has done anything wrong? If so, that is rather regretful, distasteful, and pathetic. The government has made this city horrid, where is the proof?
Look at the sewers, where most of those men and women were forced down. Several- not all- were innocent people who once were on the surface freely. Till the government just smacked them down, whether it is for race, their looks, their abilities, all those reasons let alone made them go into a place no one should go! Although you all may say they are criminals, you know how some came to be such? Because you disgraceful people within this society made them that way! It is either kill or be killed in this world, but especially down there since people are fighting for actual survival, fighting against one another as gangs and coven's for supplies. They kill, they rob, assault, etc. But it is all for survival to the fittest. It is a war zone at times there, though some of you may not see it- only because you have never been there.
Would you like it if you were shoved and pushed aside, ending up in a place such as that? No, you probably would not like that. So why do it to others? Fear? To make you feel good? This is exactly why there is so much crime in this city since the government and the supposed 'protectors' of this city do what they did.
Perhaps if some of us changed ways and accepted people easier, then maybe we would not have as many issues I am stating out.
Also, on another note, I do hope whoever reads this supposedly changes their ways to a certain degree and/or take my words into consideration."
