"What noble a past time than the grooming and companionship of Alorias most prized creatures."
Oftentimes it is said that diamonds are a woman's best friend. Certainly this may be true for those who sit in pretty palaces, flaunting their jewels among overstuffed pillows and eating sugared fruits, but such is not the case for those with a bit more backbone. No, rather, it is known among the more pragmatic and certainly the more militaristic Regalians that animals make the greatest friend to anyone, man or woman. It is by this acknowledgement that the Crown Pet Social Club exists, founded and headed by Lady Helena Keen.
The purpose of the Crown Pet Social Club is provide a place for those within high society who keep and own pets to discuss grooming techniques, etiquette when having a pet in court, how to bring your pet to court, and just generally talking about the animals in our lives that we adore.
Membership to the Crown Pet Social Club is limited to the nobility and those in Knightly Orders who have Imperial Respect as well as members of the Unionist clergy. This is done to create a level of class as our pets are of a higher standard and aren't the common mutts you find wandering the streets at night, chasing rats and barking at children.
Gatherings of the Social Club occurs biweekly at a minimum with the option for additional meetings during the week as well as planning for events catered towards pet ownership such as falconry, pet shows, jousting, and other such animal centric events where applicable.
To join the Crown Pet Social Club simply fill out the application found below this thread to be added to the roster. This will ensure you receive a notification tag for meetings. Anyone is free to show up to any publicly posted gathering, after all, we wouldn't dare want to turn away those who simply enjoy the finer things in life. And lastly, one needn't have a pet to join the Social Club, though we're convinced that after your first meeting you'll be rushing to find a pet of your own.
