In the year 307 AC, July 24th, at the ringing toll of the nine o'clock bells, a lone scholar dug himself into a hole in the sewers with a few waterlogged bookshelves and noble intentions. Often was he ridiculed, and regularly did vermin try to bury him within the walls of the dark tunnels under the guise of being a hero.

In the year 307 AC, October 13th, at the ringing toll of the four o'clock bells, a lone alchemist crept her way through the shadows with a case of alchemical ingredients and a desire to be more. Often did she meet resistance, and regularly did she find her efforts set back by simpletons who didn't accept her sciences.

In the year 308 AC, November 19th, at the ringing toll of the six o'clock bells, these two scholars put out this decree that you read, declaring that the Sanguine of Crookback are officially under their welcoming care as would the subjects of a Lord and Lady be. While they do not claim responsibility for all the actions of Sanguine, they have made clear their benevolent focus upon those deserving and those who show promise in achieving the necessary goals of Sanguine- something many of the Crown City have forgotten, and something a sum of the peasants within Crookback have missed.

To educate and re-educate the masses the difference between their leaders and their oppressors.
To liberate the downtrodden from the hands of 'heroes' who know only how to torture and spit upon their name.
To dominate the populace with a reasonable understanding of the world and with the necessary guidance many need.
To perfect the troubled world we suffer ourselves through.

In light of recent events, the Solifuge Society has been informally disbanded, its members guided in separate directions for the sake of creating son and daughter covens with a stable populace and active presence. This, clearly, was a resounding success, and with its refugees no longer needing to flee from the sun, it has evolved to become a court for the Sanguine populace rather than simply a highly educated organization of high-breeds. At the head of this court sits Xilthruum, the Lich Lord of Sanguine, and Anya, the Frost Lady of Sanguine, both Zikiel in blood and placed on the top of the hierarchy due to their merits of serving for a total of over four years' experience together in positions of leadership. As a token of benevolence extended from the hands of the new Lord and Lady, an instant sum of 10,000 Regals will be dedicated toward the rebuilding of the Crookbackian markets, and the new Lord and Lady will oversee the tent city of Crookbackians with the intention of bringing more peace of mind than demonstrated morally-corrupt knights and the drowsy Crookback Council.

Over the month of December, this Solifuge Society, now council over Sanguine, promises to:

  • Dedicate 35,000 Regals to events hosted for the less favoured populace, or exciting tournaments with a favourable winner, or organizations that show significant promise to the health of the limping Crookback community (without the use of hunting and raiding with hostile intent to encourage creativity, mock raids are acceptable)
  • Hammer out a code set of 'rules' that can deem whether or not a coven is unworthy of care, or even if it is worthy to allow breathing within its cradle (the latter of which requiring significant irritation to the Sanguine populace as a whole, not just to the Lord and Lady)
  • Demonstrate a benevolent care with the advising of the lesser organizations and protection of the infantile groups that require a supportive hand in their early days
Below are covens and individuals acknowledged or unfavoured by the Solifuge Society, all of which having a vote on the council except for the unacknowledged factions. Note, a coven can easily regain favour if they speak to the Lord and Lady and adhere to their requests, but acknowledgement must come from a popular vote or hostile takeover. Each time there is a proposal made among the Sanguine community, the individuals listed below have a vote they can cast to change the outcome. Lady Anya has two votes to settle ties, but Xilthruum has one. These are the following groups that can or have potential to vote:

  • Athanasia Scion, Upyr Mirabella the Dionaea Embrace
    • Lady Anya highly favours the coven as a prime source of power through matriarchy and familial bonds.
    • Xilthruum favours this organization, but comments that he is particularly creeped out by their bonds.
  • Vlathorian Court, Sylph the Lowly Sunrise
    • Anya claims neutrality of opinion, not being particularly aware of Sylph or the coven's current activities.
    • Xilthruum does not favour the Vlathorian court, under the belief they are leeches instead of an individual coven.
  • Soth'hrii Cluster, Omaberos the Crimson Everlasting
    • Lady Anya favours this coven due to remaining convicted in purpose despite all hardships.
    • Xilthruum favours Omaberos for being ever-loyal against all odds.
  • Technocratic Collective, Rhys Sagh the Technonought
    • Lady Anya does not favour the Technocratic Collective, thinking them old-fashioned and too mechanical.
    • Xilthruum favours the Technocratic Collective due to their effectiveness in creating progressive technology.
  • The Golden Vein, unknown
    • Lady Anya claims neutrality of opinion due to this coven not being present.
    • Xilthruum claims neutrality of opinion due to this coven not being present.
  • Penumbra Circle, Irel the White Widow
    • Lady Anya claims neutrality of opinion due to not recognizing the coven's activities.
    • Xilthruum favours the Penumbra Circle due to Irel's mere existence.
  • Alister Waterlow the Bastard Knight of Woldemar
    • Lady Anya adores and favours the young bastard due to his tight connections with her.
    • Xilthruum claims neutrality of opinion, seemingly more unsure what to think than anything else.
  • Mother Alexi the Wight Mother
    • Lady Anya proudly favours Mother Alexi as a dear friend and a wise scholar.
    • Xilthruum highly favours Mother Alexi as a philosopher who learned the world best through death.
  • Rennyn Caranis the Champion of the Old World
    • Lady Anya favours the champion greatly, but isn't shy to remark that he's quite old.
    • Xilthruum favours Rennyn, but says that his sense of honour and chivalry are a weakness.

CHAMPIONS OF WUTIENDA AND THEIR VICTORIES:

  • ???, Champion of Omnisolifugae, First Champion of Regalia
    • 0 victories
  • Ailred, the Crooked Huntsman, First Champion of the Athanasia Scion
    • 1 victory

OOC PURPOSES:
  • The creation of this council isn't meant to oppress covens that oppose Xilthruum or Anya, it's only meant to provide Vampires as a way to find unity in events and politics that can have progression-level awards. Groups will only be targeted if they go directly against the mentality of Vampires or act too closely in favour of the government.
  • Covens not listed are not being ignored, they just weren't on the list at the time. New covens or covens I was not aware of at the time of drafting this thread can contact me through roleplay (preferable) or over discord in order to become part of this group.
  • Money trickling in will slow after the month of December as the noble system restarts and money becomes harder to manage.
  • An official assembly hall has not yet been announced, but it soon will be.
  • If the Solifuge Society is being raided, all members of the council are expected to heed the call to prevent the assembly from falling. They do not need to, but the fall of the Solifuge Society means that the council can no longer occur with progression Regals unless someone else can take the mantle.
  • People can join this court by either joining a coven in decent standing with the Solifuge Society or by being an extremely important person in the eyes of Xilthruum @Magivore and Anya @FlossyBerryRene .

Court member list updated. The Lich Lord has also proclaimed that he will add Champions of Wutienda to this list, and invites more covens to come forward to participate in the next meeting (to be announced)!
