The fliers would be hung threw New Town and Old, transcribed by the same Old Guard scribe, criers called out toward those - standing on pedestals through the Old Town. The tinted font was legible and it was stained with a purple Old Guard crest with a picturesque depiction of balance. Though the post was written with the intent to show faults in regard to the neutral district.

To the Confused Citizenry,

I'd like to remark on the warrented arrest for Andrathath Vaell'aer this afternoon. Later this evening it was recorded to be that Sibyllad and Molly Lykke that the fugitive was within Rose Court who had an active warrant on his head. This means that guards are permitted to arrest those with severe warrants of beating a guard, and civilians. Andrathath Vaell'aer the Manathar was hard fought by myself, pinning him to the ground in his opposing monster-esque form. I backed off to let my men arrest him when a childish Drowdar came into my visage, entering the crime-scene and spitting nonsense about how the guards lacked any sense, and he was paramount, proclaiming that if Corjah did not put cuffs on him, he would beat him. Afterward he stated he was warrented due to his mercenary status once arrested. Of course, warnings were given, he decided to fight. Newcomers to the Nestled Nook saw this as an oppertunity to assist him in his brawl as he persisted. Four tavern-goers were recorded insighting a brawl after Andrathath Vaell'aer had been detained, making it harder for us to move out. After explaining or reasoning, they persisted, and one Kathar was shot for attempting to beat Captain Corjah because Andrathath Vaell'aer was her "family", Sae'viir Tordove. This has gotten to prove the ineffectiveness of the neutral district as a whole. Misinterpretation led to more people being harmed than nessicary. No one else was arrested except for Sae'viir, and Deldrax for interefering with an active detainment of a fugitive, I spared the others as a sign of goodwill. I take this as a note to all of Rose Court. Get your shit together. We are not the enemy.

Signed,
Kalmar Lok-Guthrain
Commander of the Old Guard
Owner of the Lok estate

"Funny, he says all that, but he beat a Slizzar who did nothing wrong, then had me already down, refused to shackle me, had me shot. Then says I'm a problem, cute." Spoke a Sihndar, with a grin plastered over his face. Rolling his eyes, Deldrax tossed one of the fliers. "Dumbasses."

Sae'viir jabbed a finger at the paper, furiously howling: "I'll be damned if I just allowed the Captain to mutilate my nephew like that! Twisting the bayonet, digging the knife deeper in. Andy already had two bolts in his leg and was down. Corjah was taking his sweet time! What would you have done if you saw someone doing that to your family? Stand by and do nothing?"

An Altalar clutched a flier in pale fingers, gold eyes scanning over this, lips curling upwards. "Oops."
She glanced outwards then, lips pressing together tightly then in anger. "I did warn them not to touch," she excused lamely.

"It seems Rosecourt is unifying these charters better than any damned charter-tourney can."
the man remarked as he glanced sadly to his letter box with a frown- he'd been watching it for several hours as he took a sip of his whiskey.

A particular Si'hai and an Estalar peered over the paper.
"Soooo... Should I join the Inquisition? Maybe? Possibly? Seems the Old Guard gets into a lot of... trouble" Won'shen remarks to the bartender as she prepares her tea.
"Oh honey, You poor innocent soul. You don't know half of what goes on in the charters and the Nook. I don't care what you do, as long as you stay safe, and don't end up like these dipshits." Arien growls, placing the tea in front of Won'shen.

"... I'll take that as a maybe!"

A notice was posted beneath the original!

Commander Kalmar,
The Nook & Cranny Inn offers its sincere apologies for what has transpired this afternoon, and we assure you that we in management do not support the actions done by our patrons and regrettably one of our staff members. Let it be known that I will do all I can internally to ensure such actions do not repeat amongst the staff, and that you may write to me to report staff members misrepresenting the Inn. We thank the Old Guard for being dutiful and consistent in their work, and hope to retain good relations with them.

Safe patrols,
Vakgu Yaghed.
Nook Management.

Another orc looks over the parchment, giving a gasp seeing her name. A giddy grin over her face at seeing her name on a post on the board. Oh and don't tag me then, coward.

One of the fliers drifted through the streets reeking breeze, smacking into the Manathars face. He pulled it away like vinyl glue, regarding its print. Promptly, he wrinkled his nose, attempting to recollect his memory on how he managed to escape apprehension. He sourly groaned, flipping the flier aside in his inability to remember the final events of his arrest. All he knew was somehow he had managed to escape, his cuffs had been removed, and he was alive and his wounds tended to. Seemed that a hunt for information and witness cases needed to be conducted.

After the hiatus he asked himself: "Wasn't this over a mere warrant?..." he groaned.

"You're livin' in their minds rent-free, Andy. We ought to start charging people for obsessing over what you're doin'." A certain Suvial commented to her husband, before probably yelling at him for sorting her knives wrong.

An Altalar read the notice over in her dimly lit room, seemingly unsatisfied with the work she's done. She crumpled the flier up, tossing it out the window, before leaning back in her chair to take a swig from the rum bottle hanging loosely from her hand. "I need a damned vacation.... Fock this city."

Merril just groaned out after she read the notice, pinching the bridge of her nose.
"..We need a stricter hiring process instead of just. Hiring whoever. "
The chef shook her head, before moving along.

"Hmm." Alaric paused. "Maybe the Old Guard isn't all too bad" And then he continued with his day.

Tara hissed lightly, shaking her head as her hand reached up to rub at her bruised Occipital, a pout forming upon the Slizzar's lips. "How ridiculous, when will this unnecessary bickering end?"

William Alexander wondered into Rose Court for a drink. However, the notice board had something new today. His good eye read the notice closely, in which he'd sigh and speak in a mutter to himself. "Sae, why do you do this to yourself? You have pushed yourself too much. You can't fight the guards without there being consequences." He went off from there, deciding not to have a drink. However, went to pray at the Salvation Church.

Aldebrand looked over it, a harty laugh escaping from his mouth as he continued his walk.

"Maybe now, the old guard will see the reality of the situation we are facing." He kept reading, chuckling, "How similar this was to our situation, yet they attacked us for it. Now look at them."

Vala stared blankly at the notice, reading it over time and time again. Her attention fixed on the two called out by name before a gradual twitch overtook her lower eyelid. "Well, there was. We just didn't publicize any complaints or conflict within the Violet Order. We handled it quietly like grown adults," she replied, raking a hand through her bangs. "There was plenty of butting heads between the different sections of the Order, we just went to the damn Lord Commander for our next move instead of tossing these things about - as if half the people in Rose Court can read or even care about the guards. They took advantage of the neutral zone and now they are going to have to deal with the consequences of it. Perhaps someone ought to just become the Rose Court charter to keep the peace."

"The man's right!" he'd proclaim, after having downed a mug of cider, "Just because its a Neutral Zone, doesn't mean that dangerous individuals who earn themselves an arrest warrant are the damn heroes when they're arrested! Criminals are not free from prosecution there," he'd huff, the Cielothar slumping back into his seat to nap.
