Originally established in a little dirty town far from the large, exuberant and beautiful city of Regalia, the members of the Cobalt Syndicate are no strangers to danger or crime. Often seen rubbing elbows with both new and old money, the Syndicate is a very young organization when compared to the others that have been alive for twenty plus years. However, that does not mean those who make up the hierarchy are not beings to be feared. The helm of the group has been tossed from one person to another before being yanked up into the hands of the present leader, merely known as the Madame. Not much is known about the actual woman behind the name but it is whispered that she rules with an iron fist in a velvet glove.

Often sighting the phrase, “Speak first and then shoot,” as the Syndicate's new motto, the gang has shifted from being a measly pack of thugs to something much more. Though there are parts of the group are certainly still quite thuggish, as a whole they have become more refined and interested in both the dirty work and the political matters when it comes to being a member of the crime scene in the bustling city.

The Cobalt Syndicate is a sort of the odd group out as it has no real set hierarchy save for the fact that there is one head and everyone else is beneath that head. The only way to join the Syndicate is to prove one’s self to the members or pass a sort of test to be initiated into the group. There is no race or gender requirements. One must merely be able-bodied and willing to follow orders.
