Now you may have noticed my "Ship Plugin" Idea. I also though that I should add something else. Now you see staff i was thinking they should bring brawls back in the city. Now if you could possibly expand the city and add new buildings you could make an arena for people to fight,

Now I was thinking that the rules should be simply no cheating, and also no death in the arena. So that way everyone can enjoy a risk-free fighting community, people could have rum, sit and watch, play wagers.

There's a mod of that exact same thing. It's been in existence for like...At least 3 years, and it's very popular.

Actually, I kinda like this one. Not for PvP, though. Maybe underground fighting rings for combat-rp?

They have a slave fighting arena, but it isn't often mentioned. So, I'm assuming you didn't know. Good idea, but someone beat you to the punch.
