An Introduction
Created in the year 307AC, the Altalaan Conclave was initially brought together to combat the spread of Nightsilver to non-Altalar, but quickly grew beyond this to embody Altalar pride and their progression in the Holy City of Regalia. Relatively new as it is, the Conclave has already made vast progress in recovering the Nightsilver and engaging in political discourse relevant to the Altalar people. With long-term goals of Est'alorn ascension on the social ladder in the City of Light already in mind, the Altalaan Conclave seeks to demonstrate the peaks of Altalar ability to the world, and prove that there is still a place for High Elven prominence in Regalia.
Who Are We?
The Altalaan Conclave are an organisation of like-minded Estellian Altalar based in the Altalaan District of the Holy City of Regalia, seeking to bring together the rest of the city's Altalar under one Allorn banner. The Conclave seeks to champion the cause of Altalar pride and progression in the City of Light while remaining within the boundaries of Regalian law, seeking to promote a friendlier attitude amongst the Regalian upper classes with the Altalar Principalities to the west.
The Conclave follows a traditional, conservative set of ideological values, adhering to religion, magical right of rule, and typical views on racial hierarchy among Altalar, encouraging Altalar to make full use of their innately superior skillsets and uniquely politically-inclined mentalities to assist in raising the public image of Altalar to ever higher heights. The Conclave fosters a close relationship amongst its members through regular gatherings and collective outings to events, from spectating political ongoings at audiences, to engaging in simple recreation at festivals.

The overall leader of the Conclave, providing direction and goals in all ends pursued by the group, as well as representing the Conclave publicly.

The manager of Conclave intelligence and knowledge, expected to coordinate and take part in the gathering of such information.
Vallea's Fist;
The commander of the Conclave's fighters and warriors, responsible for training and leadership in combat.
Sca'Elle's Touch;
The quartermaster of the Conclave, in control of the Conclave's supplies and possessions, from weaponry to food and building materials.
