        • Asha Mechanics
          • Mechanic 2 | Remet Asha have perfect night vision, capable of seeing in dark and low-light environments without needing external lights. Additionally, their claws when struck together create flint and steel like sparks that light up
          • Mechanic 4 | Remet Asha have a heightened sense of smell, sight, and hearing out of Combat. This is fairly flexible and should be discussed with people in a scene in terms of what advantages this may give an Asha in varying scenarios.
        • Skyborn Mechanics
          • Mechanic 1 | Skyborn do not need to choose a Tech Branch for any engineering or technology tinkering they do. They can build/edit/repair any Branch. Even if a unique Technology Branch has specific requirements they do not meet (such as Religion, or Affliction), they are not able to build or make it, but can repair or edit it. They can install security systems in their Rentals, requiring OOC notification of Break-ins.
          • Mechanic 2 | Skyborn have a unique sequential memory that allows almost perfect recall. With mechanical equipment, they can extract their own memories including all sensory experiences, and copy them onto so-called Memkeys. Monkeys in turn can be used by other Skyborn to "watch" such an experience and feel as if it was them who experienced it, or use a virtual-reality-like device to allow non-skyborn to experience them.
          • Mechanic 3 | Skyborn have a high analytical ability to perceive and understand the machinery that is witnessed or operated during Events. This may allow them to learn more about devices that are seen or used, or discover hidden features or functions that other people cannot perceive. Make sure to contact an Event Dm for any potential uses in Private Message during the Event or beforehand to learn more.
      • Faith: Khama
        • Mechanic 1 | Any believer of Khama, even non-Asha, gains access to the Remet/Savent Asha Heritage Mechanic regarding Living Metal. Living Metal is also called the Blood of the Gods among Khama believers and has great religious significance to them as a result. For more information about Living Metal, refer to the Asha page. Additionally, Khama believers, due to their access to Living Metal, gain the Living Metal variant of the Shapeshift Pack for free. For rules on Living Metal Shapeshifting, see the page. Re-buying this Pack with Proficiency results in the normal variant being given instead, or the Magical variant if it chosen.
        • Mechanic 2 | Believers of Khama can appeal to the Gods through a ceremony or in-game Event to deal Karmic justic to someone who has wrong them. These Calendar Events must be held with more than a few believers, but do not require Divinium. Staff should be notified of such an Event in a Ticket, and either bear witness to the ceremonial request or receive information about it in said ticket. The core function is that the faithful come together to lament about the injustices perpetrated by either a Play or Event NPC after the fact and beg the Gods to deal Karmic justice to them. For Player Characters, this will never cause permanent damage or death, but can cause them to become cursed, or temporarily receive debuffs. It will be very obvious to the the target that the faithful of Khama requested they be punished, though the Gods may reject for a variety of reasons.
      • Invaded Spirit
        • Mechanic 1 | Invaded Spirits are the exception to the norm, as they do have Heritage Traits. They inherit the Heritage Traits from the host they are possessing, but never the Free Packs.
        • Mechanic 2 | Invaded Spirits can choose one Magic Point Buy Pack for free. This specific Pack is always cast as the Sinistral Variant, but Magic Point Buy Rules apply for other Packs.
        • Mechanic 3 | Invaded Spirits gain the Wardrobe Pack Magical Variant Pack for free. Additionally they can sense residual Magic Alignment in an area during Events.
        • Mechanic 4 | Invaded Spirits are immune to anything that would read/alter their emotions or conscience, and if killed, can always respawn in a different place 1 hour later, but must find a new host body.

Story Information
    • Thana's birth was one of coincidences and poor timing. The story she knows goes by her mother and her merchant band finding an injured Skyborn being her father and a broken skiff out in the vast sands. He stayed with the group to heal but soon fell in love with her mother, staying indefinitely and never revealing he was a mortisphage rishiq in disguise. However when Thana was born and weaned, her father took off into the desert leaving the two alone as indications of the toddler being a brood appeared and revealed her father's true nature at long last.
    • Thana's mother did her best to keep Thana in a nurturing environment. She left her band and temporarily resided in one of the few pearl cities, Al-Alus though rarely running into other Asha there. This is where Thana spent most of her childhood, helping her mother run a small merchant shop of trinkets and baubles that she traded and sold. This was also the point where Thana had her first taste of delinquency, getting involved in a small group of other children who would pick pocket and cheat others in rigged games. She always got caught and was reprimanded by law enforcement and her mother, but that never stopped her.
    • As she grew into her teen years, her mother finally decided it was time for her to learn more about her other heritage. She managed to secure Thana an apprenticeship with a well known technician that lived in a neighboring Skyborn Academy that bordered the Ashal States Fair-port of Hesepah. However under the condition that she would keep out of trouble and every three months come visit her in Nakhoor. She was able to keep this promise, learning most of her technician skills from her mentor while learning more about her mother's culture, especially the history and Khama worship which she adopted rather quickly.
    • She would soon find herself wrapped up again in another group that took under the table jobs and was a part of a crime ring . Thana's time involved with them is a blurry mess besides two things, a fatal mistake that cost her everything and then having to flee from the port.
    • She used the last of her money to buy passage onto an outgoing ship to a place she didn't know. She suddenly found herself in the underbelly of Regalia. No money, no ties, and only what she had carried with her onto that boat. First things first though, is for her to get herself back up and off the ground.
    • Mortisphage Brood
      • Thana is a Mortisphage brood, and grew up partially in a society that is mostly indifferent to the occult. She usually doesn't harbor any negative opinions towards those with Affinities and Afflictions at first. If a character comes to her that is of occult, her response is usually neutral until given a reason to either act positively or negatively, though shows more positive reaction to other broods.
    • Technician Experimenter
      • Thana is a technician, previously having an apprenticeship underneath a well-known Skyborn for their technological works and advancements. She currently doesn't have a shop, but she can usually be found selling her inventions either in the black market under a guise or market square. She will often take commissions and can work or adapt to most machinery though for the right price or reason.
      • She is fond of tinkering with old machines to improve them or making new inventions. She seeks new ways for advancements, often bordering near that ethical line.
    • Khama Faithful
      • Thana is a follower of Khama, her patron being Qadreti. However, she is flighty with her religion as she struggles balancing her vices and virtues with her reasonings behind certain actions. She will occasionally show up to the local Temple, paying her respects once or twice a month.
      • Will sometimes do tasks for "Do what they did upon me"
    • Nationalism
      • Thana has strong feelings when it comes to certain groups who have affected both of her homes, particularly the dragonkin and Allorn Empire. For the dragon kin, she has cold sentiments towards them for claiming what isn't theirs. Though unusually , she has some distant respect for the dragons due to their role in Khama and Marik's attempts in mending the Skyborn Empire For the allorn Empire, Thana vehemently opposes them or anyone that supports their dogma and ideals. Though, she will give distant respect to certain elves who do not follow their empire.
    • Dirty Work
      • Thana has a criminal record and is not one to shy away from getting her hands dirty or knowing her way to work a con. She's well trained in the art of scamming or pick pocketing, and has some skill in picking locks. She usually will take tasks for the right price, or will just do it solely because she thinks it's karmic justice.
