Instead of having a player be kicked for not moving for a period of time, I think a lot of us would rather have the kick doled out if the number of packets is too low.
First off, there will be no way to bypass a movement maker. One can engineer a little contraption that moves a person so they can be afk but not be kicked.
Second, RPers won't be kicked when they are staying still, because they will still be sending packets by the way of text.
