FROM THE DESK OF THE HIGH REVEREND AND THE SECRETARY OF THE FAITH
A PROCLAMATION​

On this day, July the 29th, a Synod Diet was called. Interested citizens, activists, and religious leaders all met with the High Reverend to speak over several vital matters.

I. On the subject of the Manathar, The Rite of Xenophane shall be created to allow the Manathar to serve the Violet Order and greater Empire with the blessings of the Synod and the Reverends. This was created due to the joint efforts of the Secretary of the Faith, the Synod, and the Manathar who so bravely stepped forward to serve the Empire. The full wording of the Rite of Xenophane shall be released in the coming days, but in short. The Manathar shall serve the Empire and its institutions in all their capacity.

They shall take a public oath to the Emperor and the Empire, and polyogmy will be forbidden. The Rite can be performed in any preferred language of the Manathar. This can only be done by Ailor Clergy.

II. On the subject of Dragon Worship, Frisit worship remains illegal, as no group in the city exists to justify a potential "Rite of Frisit". On the subject of Imperial Dragon worship however, worship to the Imperial Dragon is to be considered a newly written "Rite of Imperial Dragon" under the Rites of the Sancella, and is allowed so long as it is in Communion with the main rite and ideals of Unionism. They are additionally to function with some independence from the Synod, but remain cooperative with them as they see to their worship and religious duties. Gwenyth Zylmoira is named as the inaugural Elder, and handles the Imperial Dragon faith within the city as a Synod-recognized organization.

III. On the subject of Etsoian Rights, the Evintarian Rite will be debated on over the next few weeks. If you are interested in weighing in on this matter, please send word to his High Holiness @_GoldWolf_ )

IV. On the subject of the Synod's Agenda moving forward, the Viridian Order shall take up an increased presence in guarding the Synod and assisting them.

From the Desk of the Viridian Order,

Neither myself nor the Primae have santioned or approved of the Viridian Order doing such acts. Whichever knight or knights who attempted to do such things should make themself known and submit themselves to the Order for appropriate punishment regarding his/their flagrant breach of rank(s) and privlege.

The Viridian Order furthermore recommend to the Synod to throw this "idea" out of the window, as it will never happen.

Ludwig von Drachenburg would stop at the sight of the new Synod Bull and the Elder's words. "Who in the Void decided to offer the Viridian's sword to the Synod? I am willing to help the Synod when they need help, but we aren't going to be their own private army by guarding them.
